Steve, CEO of Cornerstone Property Services, Inc. started out as a cleaning/​repairs business on the weekends. Customers quickly noticed his dedication, quality of service, and professionalism. He excelled on the simple repairs and was quickly in demand for bigger jobs. Soon, Cornerstone Property Services, Inc grew from a one-​man business to a full time construction crew. Steve values integrity, honesty, and quality service as well as maintaining a friendly and successful relationship with his customers.

Had a bad experience with Cornerstone Property trying to get an estimate on some rehab work out in Temecula. After contacting them and sending out a work list, had great trouble getting them to respond and follow through. Each time I sent an email providing the work list or trying to schedule the on-​site estimate I received no acknowledgement or response until I called the office to request some feedback. I even told them initially if they were too busy to accommodate me to just refer me to another local contractor. They said they could probably do the job quickly. After setting up an appointment directly with one of the project people to inspect my property, I never heard back two days after the visit was to take place. I emailed him again saying I assumed he had not visited the property as expected and was then told they normally schedule appointments thru an office system which no one had told me about. I told him this continual lack of communication is not the way to do business and had backed me into a corner by forcing me to seek another contractor at the last minute. I cannot recommend using them based on this performance.

The way that the members and guests are treated is the foundation to our success. From the first time I called, to every step along the way, the office ladies at Cornerstone Property Services have been absolutely incredible. Samantha, Crystal, Trish, have all been exceptional, and consistently helpful and very thorough in all my dealing with them.
Understandably, living in Arizona and having work done on a house in California, could be difficult but whether I am on-​site with Steve and his incredible crew or over the phone with the above ladies, I always feel like I’m their only customer and stay totally informed. Thanks for everything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and don’t use this place. I am not one to complain and hate that I am writing this review. I had a scheduled time slot of 3 – 5 today. It is now 6:30 and no one arrived. I called the office to see where he was (actually a little worried since it had been so long) and the office was closed.
I left a message to have someone call me. A few minutes later I received a call from Steve who is apparently the owner of the company. He started by quickly asking me «what’s up?»
I said I’m waiting for a plumber who was suppose to be here by 5? He then cut me off told me to not yell? Which I wasn’t I would be home either way? Cut me off several more times. I asked him if I could talk and he said «no «and hung up on me. Wow super unprofessional! Who knows about the workers but u would think they would call their appts if running over a hour and a half behind! Don’t bother with this place !! Shame on u Steve!!!

Today was my second interaction with this company and more specifically Dennis in that last couple of days. I was given a 2-​hour window on Monday and Dennis showed up within the first 30 minutes; how refreshing is that ?? He was down to earth, friendly, extremely professional and expeditious with the service. He explained everything and even recommended some additional work that needed approval from my landlord. Surprisingly, the work was approved and I got a call from Cornerstone yesterday to set up another appointment. Again, I received 2-​hour window and Dennis was here this morning within the first 30 minutes. His demeanor today was as it was on Monday; nothing but friendly and professional. In all the years I’ve been dealing with service professionals, Dennis, by far is the most professional ! He is an excellent representative and face of Cornerstone Property Services ! Job well done !

I have to update my review. I am in ALL at the customer service by Crystal. And I mean that in a great way. On a Saturday, I had an issue with my shower, lucky for me Denise came. This guy gets the work done right, no questions asked. Respectful and honest working guy. Crystal had mentioned that she would call me back with a time frame. I felt bad because it was a Saturday, but she returned my call and told me that Denise would be coming at a certain time frame. I hope that I can provide the OUTSTANDING customer service to others in business the way she provides it for me. Hands down, she is the best of the best!!! I could take a few pointers from her as well!

From a very satisfied client like me i HIGLY recommend this company, i got a beautiful house they built a year ago and just recently we encountered unexpected problem with the house, i was kinda hesitant to give them a call about it for i knew the fact that our house warranty from them is over but then i gave them a call left a message and Steve the contructor responded right away in a couple of hours his crew is in my house doing huge work we couldn’t do and not only that Steve assured me not to worry as i’m not going to spend anything out of my pocket as he said «i want u to think that you got a house from Tarek (flip or flop) and that you are happy and satisfied with the house» indeed Cornerstone Property Services treat their clients professionally and personally, these guys mission isn’t just business, it’s all about doing things right and taking pride in every job they do, am so greatful more power to your company Steve!

Disappointing experience from Cornerstone Property. They must be really busy because from the point of initial contact to actually getting a call back took a week. This first call back was to ask about 10 – 15 questions about the project, the only question they forgot to ask was my social security number. Call back #2 was to ask the same questions again and to ask what my budget was for the project. Call #3 a week later was to inform me that they wont take the project, but almost a month later from my first call I found another contractor.
Here are a couple of tips: If you don’t have a minimum budget of $ 20,000 don’t bother calling them. If your project can wait a month to go through a «consideration» process call them. If you are into taking chances try them out. My friend’s house is having issues already from the work they did.

I am in a deal with a Good Neighbor Next Door HUD Home. If you don’t know that generally means the house needs TOTAL rehab. Steve came and spend a good amount of time with my client and got a good feel for what she wanted done in the house. He gave us three levels of quotes which really helped. I highly recommend.

Recently our house got a plumbing leak that damaged our bathroom ceiling and garage. I was Unilocaling to find a good general contractor. Luckily I found Cornerstone! I called in and the next day Steve (the owner) came out to assess the damage, he was polite and gave a fair estimate. He put my mind at ease saying it could be fixed within a week or two. There was small miscommunication with the technicians but Steve was very professional and set everything straight and sure enough him and his team got the job done in less than two weeks! Satisfied with the completed work!

The owner will not stop harassing me at my workplace. He has called my OFFICE numerous times, first apologizing and then threatening legal action when I refused to remove my Unilocal review. They did not to seem to care so much about apologizing for their mishaps until I documented my experience with them on Unilocal.Please understand that all our communications have been documented and my accounting of the facts are true.

We initially called Cornerstone Property Services while in the midst of a project involving the uprooting of cement around our jacuzzi due to tree roots. The contractor we had originally hired for a relatively simple job found «problems,» including outdated spa plumbing, that would increase our out-​of-​pocket cost from $ 2500 to upwards of $ 40,000. Concerned about the integrity of this individual, we reached out to Cornerstone Property Services to receive another bid. We spoke with Leeann, who scheduled a free estimate with Jeff, who was nice enough to add us onto his busy schedule the very next morning.
Jeff’s assessment was in great contrast to that of our original contractor. He concluded that our original contractor had recommended excessive and overpriced repairs. Jeff also advised us that this contractor’s business practices (in terms of contract/​change orders) were not in compliance with the rules of the contractor’s board. Because Cornerstone subcontracts for swimming pool/​jacuzzi repair, Jeff provided referrals to several different contractors specializing in swimming pool/​jacuzzi remodels. Though we are still in the process of deciding who to hire, Jeff’s wise counsel was instrumental in our decision to terminate our relationship with the original contractor we hired, and subsequently saved us thousands of dollars. Jeff went far above the call of duty in terms of the time he spent answering our questions and providing his expert opinion in regard to the issues we were experiencing. All the office staff, including Leeann, Crystal and Maria, were extremely polite, helpful, and efficient in all of our interactions with them. We will definitely call Cornerstone when we are interested in doing further remodeling work on our home. Clearly, this is a company that cares about their clients. Thanks again to Jeff and the entire Cornerstone Team.

I called two local plumbers (Pristine and Poseidon) and left messages stating my problem (backed up toilet and shower) and where I lived. I didn’t receive a call back from either plumbers.
I called Cornerstone and received a call back in less than 5 minutes. They had an expert plumber out to me in less than 30 minutes.
Dennis snaked the downstairs bathroom and was finished in an hour.
I highly recommend CPS for all your plumbing needs.
Thank you, Cornerstone Property Services for hiring expert plumbers who are both friendly and professional.
Now enough of my review, I have a poopie bathroom floor that needs my attention!

Just finished another remodel on one of our properties using Cornerstone Property Services. It looks fantastic. The overall experience was amazing. The inside Customer Service with Crystal & Maria was awesome! Very responsive, professional and helpful. Thanks to the owner, Steve Cederquist, and a fantastic crew; especially Kam, Sean, Eric H., Max, Roy… Every Technician so polite, friendly and super clean which we so appreciated…, would highly recommend and planning to use for our other property upgrades this year as well. 5 STARS!!!

One happy customer!!! CPS did some remodel work for me in the past so when it came time to update my very small bathroom right before Christmas, I gave them a call. Crystal answered and was able to get me a very quick appointment especially at this time of year. CPS had some cabinets IN STOCK so there was no down time waiting for order to arrive. The workers (Kyle and either Carl or Earl… not sure) came and went over a weeks time (about 5 days from start to finish) getting the bathroom ready for a party I was hosting. Again… CPS came through! Thank you!!!
