Bistro Pho Fleur

Could not find the restaurant. I don’t think it’s operting.

This little gem is tucked away inside of Old World Village, a make-​shift European village best-​known for their annual Oktoberfest festivities.
I’d stopped by to pick-​up some imported German goods at the local deli/​markt and while strolling the grounds was greeted by one of the most delightful and sweetest women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. After some friendly conversation, she invited me to her shop (Bistro Phở Fleur) for some tea and refreshments.
While I sat outside in the lovey garden-​area, she proceeded to bring out a variety of decadent treats: chocolates, walnut brownies, strawberries, and even a whole fresh pineapple that she sliced for us right there at the table. How charming! We leisurely sat and chatted outside, eating goodies and drinking some of the best tea I’ve ever had in my entire existence.
The ambiance of this area is wonderful with its cobblestone pathways and rich gardens. It reminded me a great deal of my time in Europe where taking a moment to enjoy the afternoon breeze and a relaxing cup of tea with friends is staple to daily life.
If you’re in the area, do make it a point to drop by here and say hello. Not only will you be supporting small business, you will appreciate the chance to relax and indulge in a purely peaceful setting and, if you’re lucky, make a new friend or two.
Also, be sure to check out the luxurious interior and pick up some jasmine or green tea while you’re there!
