Bill Dunn One Stop Shop

I have an 2010 Acura TSX, and one thing I did not know going into purchasing this car was that the interior was not made the same quality as the previous Acura’s I have owned. to make a long story short the main part of the seats are made of leather, but the sides are made of faux leather, and so was the drive shifter boot. After less then 60,000 miles the side of the driver seat has started to peel off, and so was the shift boot. I felt like my car looked so run down when you step inside.
Thanks to both Hectors and their team over at Bill Dunn my car was restored back to what it looked like out of the factory, but with genuine, good quality leather this time. I also shopped around and the price he charged were fair. Totally worth the money to have my new car back again.

The front seat leather is difficult to match however with the in-​house appraisal and hide selection its been a perfect match. I needed the headliner replaced in my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan and stopped by to get a quote. Everyone was polite, and working around my schedule they got the job done on time with a reasonable price. The workmanship was fantastic!

We had new curtains made for our motorhome. They did a beautiful job on the new curtains and worked with us to double the material so they are light blocking and private. They also installed a new stereo and did a beautiful job fitting it to our dash. Hector Jr. was great to work with and was up front with the costs. Thank you for a great job, we will definitely recommend you to all our friends.

We purchased a used motorhome, which needed a few upgrades. We went to Bill Dunne based on a recommendation, and were sold immediately from the customer service provided by Hector, Jr. It is rare for us to encounter a service provider who is fair, upfront with costs, no b.s., and confident with what they provide, and confident about their company. We started out just wanting a few things done, and after we saw their results, we did more, and intend on doing more. We trust this company explicitly. We are in our 60’s and can no longer be fooled by glitz, glamour, and promises. This place is the real deal, and you will not be disappointed.

I saw a Bill Dunn commercial on TV today, and it occurred to me to try them to fix a narrow leather watch band that I wanted shortened. Watch stores and shoe repair shops had already turned me down. They said, sure, bring it down and we’ll look at it. They dropped everything and fixed it on the spot. It looks beautiful. They have a nice shop and do work for a TV show. There was a cute family working the front office and they were very courteous. I’m going to recommend them to my friends.

Went by to talk about pricing on my Buick. They were too busy to provide any information on how much it would cost. I asked for a ball park idea, their response was «there is no ballpark». Very rude employees.

Bill Dunn did work on my 1999 40 ft American Tradition. They put in new carpet, drapes and blinds into the coach. I had to wait on some of the work as they are a VERY busy shop and their space is limited for the big motorhomes. I am very pleased with the work and my motorhome is absolutely beautiful. Both Hector sr and Hecror Jr was very nice. They were even so kind as to pick-​up my RV and returned it the same night. GREAT SERVICE !!! I think their prices are a fair price. I actually saved $ 800 on my blinds compared to another price quote I received. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Came to this shop thinking the price was to be marked up due to the shop appearing on overhauling but I was quoted a great price. The owner Hector and his son were great to work with. The front office receptionist was friendly and attentive when ever I called. My 1981 VW vanagon came out better than what I expected and I drove off one happy client. Great job Hector, Hector Jr. And staff!!!

What can I say but «GREAT JOB»! My first impression about Bill Dunn’s was that they where expensive since they are the guys that do all of the «Overhaulin» cars designed by Chip Foose.
So for a few months I checked out a couple of other reputable shops that I was referred to by other classic car and hot rod enthusiast. After getting the run around and lip service I decided to go to Bill Dunn’s. Boy was I wrong. There pricing was right there with other shops and they didn’t upcharge or nickel and dime me unless I made a change.
Once I walked in the door it was obvious that they care about the work that leaves there shop and truely stand by it. They where patient with me as I was still up in the air with what I wanted as a final outcome for my interior.
They handled me with kid gloves, helped me develop my thoughts/​ideas, and made suggestions that made sense.
The final outcome is a car that I am very happy with and of course get a ton of compliments on.
Best thing was is they met the timeline promised and within the agreed budget. Way to go guys you really got it «Dunn».

If your not spending over two grand with these people don’t waist your time they don’t take there time on small projects and none the less act like they don’t care. The price they charged for my small project was out of this world and you will get crap for work
