Don’t be going to this place, they charge you for anything, really bad experience! Will not open An act with them.

I have Been coming here for years, everyone of the people that work there are very nice and helpful. They have even taken the time to come to my work when I have forgotten to sign something. Never have I had a problem with my bank statements. Give them your business and you will love them as much as I have.

The wife and I came to BOTW to open a 12 month CD. We arrived about 30 minutes before their closing time which was at 1 pm. We stand in line we explain to the teller that we wanted to open a CD he tells us to have a seat. After a few minutes we are greeted by a young man named Alex. We explain to him what we wanted to do. He verified all our info and then opened our CD.
The only major problem was there was no one in the bank and we were like the only customer and it took 45 min to process one transaction. Is that normal for it to take so long?
I went to the Orange County’s Credit union and opened a CD and it took 10 minutes. I was pretty bummed that we just sat there forever and ever.
Overall we open the CD and we could leave and enjoy the rest of our Saturday.
Seems like the people in the location are in slow motion.

I’m going with ‘kinda idiots’. I couldn’t even get an account opened. Quick version; had someone use my credit card fraudulently /​identify theft. Cleared up easy enough and my credit is 800 something. At my direction I have a notation on my credit file that I should have to prove who I am to open accounts. So I try to open one with these people. Answer questions, send a copy of my DL, dropped off a copy of my car registration, a credit card bill, and a utility bill at a branch. Offer to drop off anything else they might want. Rejected and no return emails from the branch manager who offered to help /​took the documents I dropped off. It is all for the best I guess. The only thing worse than dealing with them once would be to have this kind of brain trust tied to your financial life long term…

I never walked into this branch but I use the drive thru ATM only…
You can also use the Drive thru Teller and shoot your things thru a tube… but ATMs are so much easier and faster…

I’ve been a long-​time customer 20 some years through many name changes too many to count. Service has always been very good I’ve seen the same people working here the entire time which is why I kept coming back. But enough is enough fees up the ass and let me say I keep a good balance. First it was a service fee every month then I’d complain the fee would go away and then it would come back with a little thing they call «interchange charge». Then I would complain again especially when they had some special that offers no fees to new accounts and not take care of their loyal customers and then they would begrudgingly give me what I want but it never lasts! One day I decided to try another bank a name bank by the way and I realized how bad I was being treated and over charged with the fees especially with the amount of balance I have. They always nickel and fucking dime me at every corner. After seeing how a bank wants my money and wants a long term customer I have decided to make a change even though I will miss the people and the relationships I have developed over the years its time to start new. Sorry to sound like a rant but they have fee’d me up the ass for 20 years.
