I booked my relocation from Colorado to Maryland and everything was good. They delayed the pick up for one day, but that was fine to me because I was not in a hurry and the delivery day didn’t changed. They were punctual and very attentive. This company delivered my car in the same week that was shipped. I would have to wait over 3 weeks with other companies, even with corporate accounts because the service was close to Christmas Day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to ship their car.

I have used Autoline Transport multiple times now, and have had very good experiences each time. They always do a great job assigning a professional driver. My last shipment was for my M3 from PA to CA. They assigned an enclosed carrier for pickup for $ 1400. The driver was ontime, respectful, and delivered my car earlier than scheduled. If I ever have any issues with anything Autoline is always on top of things, taking control over the situation and resolving the issues right away. They always get back to me right away via email or call and their prices are always competitive (match prices). They are best at what they do. Thanks again!

If I could do 0 stars I definitely would. If I would have known what I was getting into from the start I would have went with the more expensive company. Do I begin with the promised 24 — 48 hr pick up of my car that turned into almost 5 days later, or do I begin with how the snotty Heidi Hill calls me the day of my pick up and tells me that a transporter company can pick up my car the following day for and extra $ 100. I thought that I signed a contract for a given price so why am I being charged more? This company is horrible. I booked my trip from NJ to Texas almost a month in advance and had my car being picked up either Friday or Saturday. I was told I would get an email or call the week of my pick up to tell me what’s going on with the pick up. No call ever came. The day before my car was getting picked up another transportation driver called asking about a land rover pick up. I informed him I had a santa fe pick up but not the land rover. This is when I decided to call Heidi to see what was going on, She then states that my car still had no pick up time or day, mind you my pick up was the following day. I called again the day of my pick up and then she decides to tell me that things are backed up on my particular route and now they may not be able to pick my car up. Had I known this in advance like I am sure she did I would have went with another company and paid more. She then calls me back to tell me that someone could pick up my car on sat but she would have to charge me an extra $ 100 for the pick up. After I told her that they should pick up the bill since they already gave me a price with a 24−48hr pick she then got snotty with me over the phone. They finally come and pick my car up on Tuesday the following week. They have in the contract that the car should be washed to see any damage for the driver. when my car arrived it was so dirty that you could barely see into the front windshield. I looked the car over as best as I could and signed the paperwork. I then went into the house and got windex to clean the windshield to take the car to get gas and when I cleaned the windshield I noticed a 10 — 12 inch crack. I called Heidi and once again the professional that she is (sarcastic) gets loud once again and tells me theres nothing that they can do. Anyone that reads this I urge you to pay the extra money and have someone else take your car wherever. This company especially Heidi Hill is horrible.

Wise autoline transport did a excellent job to deliver my Honda from Chicago to Orange County in promised time and shape. I was very happy with the great costumer services. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Good deal, especially since other companies quoted my $ 700-​$ 900.
My car was not outsourced to another company. It was picked up on their own truck.
Their driver arrived on-​time and delivered on-​time within 4 days.
Paid cash at delivery, and couldn’t be happier with their services.

I am very sad they matched me with such a poorly reviewed car transport service. I feel they should disassociate themselves with A Unique Transport. Other than that, Ali stayed on top of it checking in on me every step of the way and showed genuine interest in my happiness and, towards the end, concern.

I Shipped my car with Autoline from Houston to Anaheim. Everything went smooth. Price was acceptable. I plan on using them again.

My experience with autoline was the worst experience I have had with any type of business.
Upon delivery of my car in flushing, ny, there was a significant scratch. When I told the driver I would need to mark this damage down on their insurance form, he refused and became hostile with me (ran towards me yelling). I actually thought I was in danger and I signed the form indicating that no damage had occurred to my vehicle.
Autoline has refused to pay for the damage. Their operations manager accused me on the phone of «performing this con all the time».
I should have called the police at the incident, but at the time I was only interested in picking up my car from the town in which we met and leaving.
**Avoid these people at all costs**

My experience with Autoline Transport was a positive one. The price to transport my car from Houston to Los Angeles was $ 749, which I found very reasonable in comparison to other companies I had contacted. Also, the delivery was quick, on time, and everyone I spoke to from the driver to the sales rep, were really friendly and professional. My car was delivered safely, on time, with no problems at all. The whole process was extremely easier than I had expected, and I would recommend them (and have) to everyone I know.

I decided to use AutoLine Transport again for the second time. We had to move again due to an unforeseen job change, and need to get my car from California to Washington. I called and received a very professional quote, was told the length of time it would take and how much it would cost to have my car moved. I made sure to ask my own questions, to make sure that there were no extra fees for menial things. I was quoted around $ 750 for the total trip. I had someone scheduled to come and pick up my car for me, and I was happy to see them come and pick it up an entire day early for me as well. They called ahead to make sure I wouldn’t be needing it, and let me know that they had a spot open in the schedule to do it. Yay!
They used an open car carrier to transport my vehicle, and i received it back on time and in the same condition I left it to them in. I have heard some stories about open car carriers and damages but I must say that AutoLine went above and beyond to make sure my car came back the way I left it! My car was also delivered on time. Not late, or early, but that’s what I paid for, so, totally satisfied there too.
The best part is that my total bill came to $ 50 dollars less than I was quoted! How often does that happen! My total trip for my darling car was $ 700 total, and it was worth every penny! I would spend that again in a heartbeat. I had enough to worry about with an annoying move back home, and they really made the whole trip easier.
Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call before you shop around, they will already have exactly what you need!

THE WORST AUTO COMPANY EVER! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!
READ MY EXPERIENCE BELOW:
I had the most unprofessional service from them. Then do not pick up your vehicle on the promised date (leave alone the date, they arrive couple of days or even a week later). They do not give you updates on the status of your vehicle, they give you a page to track which is not updated.
There is a person named HEIDI HILL, who is not only rude on phone, but NEVER picks up your calls! I dropped her couple of emails to track why the pick up was delayed and later to track why the delivery was delayed, she NEVER replied to any of the emails. When I finally got to talk to her, her response was — «I get hundreds of emails everyday, I cannot respond to every one of them!!!»
Whenever I called autoline, they do not have an answer about where the car is currently. They lead you to the trucking company and the trucking company leads you to the driver. The driver never picks up his phone! This leads to utter frustration and great inconvenience!
They charged me extra $s promising a fasttrack shipping option (Heidi called me about this) with a particular date for pick up and delivery, but the driver arrived ONE and HALF DAYS late (without letting me know in advance), I was in the airport, set to leave and had to make arrangements somehow to get the car picked up! The car was also delivered ONE DAY LATE!
This company is the worst I have seen. A friend of mine used their service (was again contacted by Heidi) and he had the EXACT same experience with her and the company! These guys need to learn to serve their customers better (especially Heidi needs to learn to respect the customers’ time and not be rude over phone).

Placed order 5 days in advance of requested pick-​up date. I was flexible and almost expecting that it may take an extra day or two to pick up the vehicle. Called on a Thursday to check on a pick up date and placed follow up calls everyday until the following Tuesday when I finally received a call back. In this case no news was bad news because they still had no pick up date for me. Needless to say I will be using another company. Be honest and upfront with your customers it’s not rocket science.

AutoLine Transport picked up my vehicle and delivered it when they said they would as promised! Their rates a re affordable and their customer service is friendly, professional, and helpful! They took the time to really listen and understand my concerns. I highly recommend this service!

Autoline is by far the best auto shipping company I have ever used. I have used them numerous times in the past few years and each time they do a good job for me. They also always work with my budget, and schedule. The drivers showed up right on time, were polite & professional. I recommend them to others who want a good company to ship their cars for them.

I had shipped my car in 2009 using Wise Auto Ship, which later became Autoline Transport. Having had a decent experience the first time, I chose to use the same company even though it was under a new name. I was starting a new job out of state and needed to ship my car. I was under a time constraint and explained this to Heidi Hill, the sales representative. She said that she understood and would list the first available pick up day with a 4 day window appropriate for my required time, quoting me at $ 750. My pick up date came, and went, and I called several times and was given the assurance that my car would be picked up within the next couple of days, with at least a day’s notice in order to ensure someone would be available to hand over the keys. Three days after my 4 day window passed, I received a call from Heidi saying that the car could be picked up same day, but with a new price of $ 1,049. A $ 300 increase even though the company was already a week late. Upset, but desperate to get my car shipped, I agreed to the price, but was unable to hand over the keys the same day. Heidi gave me attitude and told me that it was my fault that I tried to ship during busy season. My mistake for expecting what I was told. I asked for some concession on the $ 300 increase, considering how late the pick up was and how off the price quote had been. Heidi told me to email her manager, Nathan Hunt. I have sent him 5 emails with no response. Long story short, I am currently 14 days past the pick up window, and had to leave my car in storage in Florida. I still have no response from Nathan Hunt, and have not heard from Heidi Hill about whether my car will ever be picked up by a carrier. I am disgusted and appalled at the level of service and lack of communication.
