Business Owner

Aniz Uhler — Licensed Broker and Realtor since 1988 (DRE# 976 272).

A native Californian who grew up in Palos Verdes surrounded by her horses, dogs, and goat; Aniz learned Real Estate sales from her Realtor mother who served the Palos Verdes area.

Long Beach State University earning her Bachelor of Science in Financial Investments in 1978. She has a thirst for continued education and keeps up with Department of Real Estate changes, recently earning her HAFA (Housing Affordability Foreclosure Alternative) Certification.

Aniz owns her home in Costa Mesa where she has lived for the past twelve years, and an apartment building in the downtown area of Huntington Beach. She has a passion for golf and earned a Johnnie Walker International Hole-​In-​One Award. In addition to golf, Aniz practices yoga and is fond of relaxing in the local wet lands to enjoy the wildlife; her favorites are Talbert Nature Preserve and Fairview Park.
