America’s Tire Store – Huntington Beach, CA

Highly recommended not to come to this location since they put my resevation behind someone they know. I waited 65 minutes instead of 45 minutes as promised.

I stopped in because I knew I had a nail or something in my tire. I didn’t buy my tires there. They fixed it. They charged me 0. You’re a fool if you buy your tires anywhere else.

Best experience purchasing tires that I have had in my lifetime. Dean and all the staff at this location are kind and helpful. There is a great selection and I was able to find a set of tires to fit my needs for my old Volvo. Service was lightening fast as well. Will certainly bring my cars to these awesome guys!

Great Service on tire repair but unprofessional employees and staff. This afternoon I went to change my tires mount, Balance, and install and the employee his name was Manny, he kept hitting and flirting with my fiancé to the point that I had to ask my fiancé to go and seat in my own car so he won’t keep flirting or trying to get close to her in front of me. My fiancé felt very uncomfortable and she told me that she didn’t appreciate the way she was violated by this make employee. Professionalism was lacking and that’s one reason why I will not go back here since it created conflict for my fiancé and I. Manny please learn some manners and be professional since your not the owner of the Americas Tire, but your only an employee and you are replaceable unit. Other than that the job done by other mechanics was exceptional and top grade. My advice will be to not take your wives or girlfriends to this auto repair landmark and just go by yourself whether your a male or a female. Displeased. #Manny

Don’t go here unless you have a day to waste. I went there on a Wednesday around 1:00 PM thinking it wouldn’t take long. How wrong I was. I waited at an unattended sales counter inside the store for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I then waited another 10 minutes before someone started to help, but then someone else asked him a question and he went outside with her. In addition, before he started talking to me, he answered the phone and spoke to someone for about 5 minutes. Um, I’m IN the store but someone who CALLS takes precedence??? Finally, I had had it. I walked out and went down the street to Discount Tires where I was greeted and helped right away and they got my measly $ 500 (it’s not like the consumer doesn’t have choices when it comes to purchasing tires). America’s probably won’t miss my few bucks as they had enough volume to more than make up for it. I also maybe paid about $ 15 more per tire at Discount, but it’s worth it for the customer service and not feel like the employees are doing ME a big favor by providing me service and merchandise and taking my money. And I wasn’t the only one frustrated. There were about 5 – 6 other customers waiting around looking bored and annoyed waiting for their vehicles to be finished. Won’t ever go there again nor recommend them to anyone else, unless of course they like to be ignored and wait around all day.

I came in to visit for my flat tire due to nail damage. I think the person I talked to was a manager. He looked at my flat tire and assume that if he can fix it, he’ll fix it for free, which he did. He made my day. Overall, base on the way these guys work, it’s professionalism in my opinions (fast and checking everything work before I leave). They even clean my tire after they fix it. I would definitely come back for future services.

Great and very attentive service! Honestly one of the first times where I am pulling up in the parking lot and barely out of my car before an employee was already greeting me and helping out! Everyone was very professional and helpful. Stopped by before I went into work and Was in and out much faster than I expected! I will definitely keep coming back here for any of my tire needs and you should too!

Great customer service. The atmospshere is great and they make you feel very comforable here like you’re always welcomed. Pricing is great as well. They may get busy, but they always work quickly and safely

CAme in to get a tire patched up. To my surprise if tire is repairable they will patch it up for free! Customer service was very friendly and welcoming. They’ve gained a customer. Thanks guys.

I have been a customer of America’s tire for about 10 years now, i’ve bought four sets of tires and two sets of wheels for three different cars there. I recently purchased a set of wheels and things didn’t go the way they were supposed to, but Mike Kirby stepped up to the plate and made things right and reminded me of why I will be a customer of America’s Tire for the rest of my life. If you need wheels or tires for your car or truck go to America’s tire, these guys have great prices and the best customer service out there…

Last night I noticed a nail in one of my tires and called America’s Tire on Warner and Beach. It was 5:50pm, ten minutes before closing. Mike told me to go ahead and bring it in and they’d fix it. I got there right at closing time, but they got me right in and had the tire fixed in no time. No charge either. He just asked that I consider them when it’s time to buy tires. I can’t say enough about the great customer service from Mike and the rest of the crew. I was so grateful to have the tire fixed so i wouldn’t miss any work the next day. They have earned my business, that’s for sure.

Good quality group. Definitely would recommend their services.
I have a lowered car and after market rims, they did a good job installing my tires.
Additional plus (+) the customer service reps are into cars. So it’s like extended family.

I think the employees that work here are extremely respectful. Larry is probably the coolest guy. He’s got a bunch of patience with everyone and is very organized with his work. I went in on a Saturday and he got me in and out quickly and efficiently. The techs are also very good in the quality of work they do. Overall, I highly recommend this place for any of your tire needs.

I love the employees at this store! Their customer service is over the top. I came in, needing two tires and a wheel, which was an odd situation and the guys just happily helped me out, no questions asked. Dean, the manager, eventually came to ask me what happened to my wheel not in a nosy kind of way but in a way that shows that he cares.
Definitely will be coming back here in case anything happens to my tires or wheels in the future!

I would never have thought that I could receive such great customer service or professionalism from the guys here at americas tire on warner. I’m blown away at the care and the level of expertise and compassion these men show. If I can hire Mike or Leo just to answer phones at my office, business would be booming! Mike, took his time answering my questions on the phone and in person and helped me out so much that I’m entirely grateful for. I normally go to the Americas tires in chino hills, and those guys are nice also, but this store definitely stands out in a great way! It always feels a little sketch when going to a mechanic or getting your car serviced at the dealership, but in no way did I feel taken advantage of. He even mentioned that he put the same tires on his mom’s car that I was purchasing which made me feel very comfortable. Seeing as I’m a girl with no knowledge of cars I never know if I’m buying the right brand, etc. So to see his empathy shine through with not only me but all the customers was amazing and rewarding!

Wow, I knew there was a reason I keep coming back to this place. My first experience with the company in general came from a referral from lots of friends years ago and my experiences have always been great.
This location however is one of the best. My husband got all four tires here two years ago, and we have been by several times since for a patch up on my tires due to nails. As a result of previously buying our tires here they charge nothing for patch ups on tires.
So it was another one of those days where my tire was nearly flat because of a nail. I walk in and though one of the service men was helping someone out he politely acknowledged my presence and said he would be with me shortly and offered me water while I wait. Not long after another service man walks in (Michael K.) not knowing I’ve been greeted before and greets me and ends up helping me out.
He was apologetic about there being a long wait today (1hr15min) but says he’ll do his best to get it done. I completely understood, they only do what they can. It happened to be on one of the first rainy days of the season so I was just happy to get what I needed done especially for free considering we have boughten tires here before and used them for other tire related services.
Super impressed with this place! Will keep coming back and will refer many more!

If you need tires and want them to be backed and supported for their life by some of the best customer service around then America’s Tire should be your only choice for tires.
They won me as a customer years ago when they went the extra mile to replace, for a minimal charge, a damaged tire on my newly purchased vehicle. They’ve been exceeding my expectations ever since, fixing or replacing damaged tires for free or at a minimal cost and maintaining my tires for their life with free balancing and rotations.
Their new tire prices are fair and they don’t try and up sell me a tire that I don’t need for my driving needs.
Add to all of this that all of their staff are always very helpful and friendly and in my opinion there is no other company to buy tires from.

Their service here was quick, pleasant, and enjoyable. I went here to get my tires rotated, every 6 months, because I brought the lifetime tire deal. When I first entered Mike who quickly assisted me right away approached me. He saw I was all tied up with my bag and a sandwich so he was kind enough to open the door and along with letting me finish my meal while getting my information. Mike is extremely nice and welcoming!
The service was done in less than 45 mins, and they immediately let me know what to do to maintain good times such as come for air for tires once a month. And weren’t pressuring me to buy any products.

Great store. Wide selection of tires. Good prices. Fantastic customer service. Got A set of brand-​new tires here today, paid much less than expected, was out within an hour. Great experience highly recommend this is now my to go place for tire change.

I’ve been coming to America’s Tire for several years! (Not specifically this location) They have great customer service, friendly and helpful.
But… If there’s one thing that really gets to me, are hidden fees or «optional» sales they sneak in because they might believe I’m naïve.
If I need something, explain why, don’t just just sneak it on my bill and expect me to pay it.

My tire went flat and so I decided to go here to see if it could be fixed. It ended up being not being repairable and so I ended up buying a new tire.
The sales associate was really friendly and gave me a few options of comparable tires that I could use. He ended up giving me a discount on one of the better tire options and had the guy install it for me.
The whole process was pretty fast and I got out of there in about 30 minutes or so. It might have been even faster but I took some time deciding what tire to get.
Overall a great experience, and the guy said I can come in for tire rotations.
