When are real service went out of business without notice we moved to this one and couldn’t be happier. Not only is it less expensive but the owners are the best. You can’t go wrong here, highly recommended.

I go to this location for all of my mailing and printing needs. The owners Tree and Jeff are SO helpful and always go out of their way to be accommodating. I love that it is always festive for the holidays. Every time I go in here I get stuck looking at all the fun nicnacs that they sell. I will forever be a costumer of theirs!

Ok this place is great to ship your stuff, notarize documents, AND get great gifts for friends and family!!! Its like a Hallmark but better!!! They even sell local artist products too. The owners are professional and very friendly. Even when they’re busy helping customers at lightning speed, they are so gracious when you walk into their business. Best mail shop in HB!

I am from out of town, and was in need of a mail center. So glad I stumbled upon this particular AIM Mail Center. Fast, friendly and more than helpful. Kudos for making my errand fast and easy so my family could resume our vacation. I will be back!

Tre and Jeff are the best people to take care of your shipping needs! They are always super helpful and eager to please. As a local artist/​business owner they even put a few of my prints up in their store for sale! I ship my orders through them because they are always on the lookout to make sure you get the best rate.

I use Unilocal all the time for reviews and some of the feedback for this place wasn’t that great BUT the post office was PACKED and it IS the holidays. I really don’t have hours to spend standing in line. From some previous reviews it sounded like this place is «under new management» and maybe I should anticipate them not really knowing what to do. Surprisingly that wasn’t the case! These new people really know how to make you feel at home. The lady that helped me was so sweet and promised that she would take good care of my package. Well she sure did cause I used this service last week and to my surprise my sister in PA called just a couple days later to tell me it arrived! Talk about fast service! The prices are reasonable, the store itself is actually fun to browse around in. They had cards, stocking stuffers and paintings from local artists for sale. Oh! FYI, They don’t just mail things. They do passports, notary and I think they even process live scans (if you’re ever in the market for that) :) One stop shop? Yes please! Goodbye post office… there’s a new mail center in town! Lol.

Under new management. The new owners are fun, helpful and have great customer service skills. This week was my first time there. I went at the busiest time… Christmas! Fast service, festive atmosphere and lots of goodies to buy. I’m going back for sure.

I shipped all of my Families Christmas presents through this mail center, it was fast and inexpensive compared to other mailing centers. I also bought some supplies, the staff was really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be giving them my business again, I’m all about great customer service and will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

went in today for some Christmas shipping. New owners! Such a helpful group of people. Even suggested a different method of shipping things that saved me a few dollars. I will be going back to this store, no question about it.

Ok… so amongst the crazy Christmas shoppers, I found myself in HB… needing to send a package to Chicago… i already missed deadlines, so I found this mail center… on my search. I needed a box and tape… as I wasn’t prepared.
Super kewl people and very helpful. I bought a box, they hooked me up with tape and packing filler at no charge and gave me a good rate with UPS. 1 2 3, everything was done and taken care of…

I think there is new owners, they are friendly… But the guy that works the counter doesn’t seem to know much and he lags. HARD. Thank god for the gal that works there to get him along.

The guy that runs this store is the best!
He is really good at his job and very knowledgable.
I will always go here to ship things out because I trust them :)

Beware:
Needed something shipped with FedEx. I inquired on the cheapest way to mail it and stating that I don’t need it to get there quick. Not knowing all the FedEx options, I just went with the employee’s suggestion which was the FedEx Airbill 3 day. I inquired on the cost since it was getting billed to a FedEx account, but he said he doesn’t know how much it is as it’s not through his shop. I though this was a little weird. He then encouraged me to go with the 3 day as it’s most economical.
I found out it was ~$ 77 for the Airbill 3 day when I could’ve gotten it shipped by Ground for ~$ 22 in 4 days!!!
