AC Norton Heating & Air Conditioning

Finally we got central air! Funny thing was that as soon as it was installed, the next day was so freaking cold, but we got to use the heat :)
We live in a 1950’s home that is 1210 sq.ft. with only a floor heater. My husband has had this house for 12 years. When I moved in 6 years ago I told him that we needed central air cause the house was reaching close to 100 degrees during the summer (he was at work all day so he had no idea). He agreed and so i started my search on Unilocal and called many «top rated» places and made appointments only to get quoted ridiculous prices.
My husband was fed up with the BS from these other companies and decided to do a little research on HVAC installation for our size house. I’m not sure what website he stumbled on but he had to input his contact info in order to open up some page. From there, Erick got in touch with my husband.
My husband told him over email/​text the specs of our house and what he wanted and Erick gave him a very good quote especially compared to the other companies we sp!! oke with. Erick came to check out our house and didn’t realize the extent of the work needed until he was here (in addition to a new AC unite, new duct work, vents, etc etc, the whole nine yards). He was honest and told us it was going to be a little bit more than what he quoted but we were totally ok with it… he was still giving us a great deal. The following Monday, Erick and his crew came and began installation. They were very mindful and courteous around me, my 18 month old son, and our dog during the process.
Too bad we aren’t going to get any use out of it. We put our house on the market and sold it in 6 days (we had no idea our house was going to sell that fast!). We are thinking of getting a fixer upper as our next house. If we need anything with HVAC we will definitely be calling Erick for sure!

Don’t pay him until the job is complete and you’re satisfied! So exhausting to relive the longest 4 days… Erik has reasonable pricing and he’s a nice guy… but he’s short staffed, only works maybe 90 min and then takes off and sometimes comes back that same day… or not. Lots of excuses as to why he didn’t show up on time or at all. Was not on time once in 4 days. Hopefully he can find dependable people to work for him. He’s clearly scattered all over and a 1 day job turned into 4 VERY long days. He was supposed to come back and it’s been a week and haven’t heard from him. My neighbor referred him and they had a better experience with him. He seems honest as far as not over charging you or selling you something you don’t need. His electrician Craig is another honest worker too. Erik just needs a solid team working for him and it’ll be a better experience I’m sure.

Erick Is very reasonable with pricing and making sure your getting a good deal and not being ripped off. He’s all about making his customers happy and getting the job done as soon a possible. Great service, great pricing and very flexible with anyone’s schedule! Thank you Erick for the quality AC makes our house way more comfortable this summer!

The AC went out at the office I work at just as the weather started getting warmer so we needed it fixed ASAP! The technician was quick, friendly, and professional. We barely had time to break a sweat here. Would recommend them to anyone!

I bought a heater for my 1000 sq. ft. condo from AC Norton in January of 2015 and had a great experience. Not only was it the low bid but he installed it within a couple of days and was very no hassle. Definitely worth a call.

Erik gets 5 stars for two reasons: price and he’s really a nice guy.
So here’s the background. I must have waited two years to get my heater and air conditioner replaced. Frankly, I don’t have a lot of money and don’t want to charge everything on my credit card. After getting about 8 different quotes (yes, I sometimes go a little overboard), each successive quote amount kept getting lower and lower. The 1^st quote I got from another vendor was $ 12,000, which he promptly lowered without blinking to $ 9,000 because my mouth was on the floor. I felt uncomfortable and like I was going to get ripped off. So then I proceeded to get lots of other quotes. Each quote either too high or with random equipment that received terrible reviews. I almost when with a company who gets lots of reviews for $ 4,995. Then, I met Erik’s aunt at a party and she told me to give him a call. I’m SO glad I did. He’s a second generation HVAC guy. Licensed. I got a 3 ton Trane heater and a/​c for my 1,300 sq ft townhome for a price so low, I don’t think he’ll want me to tell you. :-)
(FYI– about 20% less than my previous lowest quote and better equipment).
NOTE: When it came to the day to install my a/​c, he had to reschedule at the last minute. That did NOT bother me one bit, it worked out in my my favor due to my work schedule. However, I think to get such a GREAT price and nice equipment, you’ll have to be prepared to be flexible with timing, etc.
Both my heater and my A/​C having been working fine without issue. The heater has been in about 5 months and the A/​C in about 1 month (he let me split the install too without charging extra). One happy customer here!
