This week I took 4 exams to become a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), all at this testing center. Paul was very accommodating, the room was quiet, there were no glitches with the computer system, and things went as smoothly as I could expect.

I just took my second IT exam here. I selected this proctoring center based upon the Unilocal reviews I read and the wide availability of testing times. The office is air conditioned and the testing environment is pleasant.
Paul, the owner, provides excellent service. If you arrive in the morning he will make you a cup of coffee. He’s friendly and treats customers well. I had to move my exam time and he was very flexible and accommodated to my needs.
I have about twenty more proctored exams to take and I intend to take them all here because the service is good, the environment is comfortable, and the testing times are flexible.

Paul is a really nice guy. After taking a class two years ago and not passing the test and being pregnant and having a child, I haven’t had the time to re apply. After one phone call, Paul said he would help me re apply. I really appreciate it because it feels like once you are a student here, you will always be a student. Paul really takes care of you. This place is great for test takers. I’ve taken at least 8 different test here and I like the fact that it’s always quiet, not a whole lot of test takers like other facilities.
Paul is great, always cheerful and welcoming. A couple of time I wanted to take my test hours sooner than the scheduled time and he was able to work with me on making it happened.

I’ve used the 999 Testing Center three times now and everything has always run smoothly, from my initial call to reserve a testing date to the final steps of processing my results. I’ve been taking certifications here for a while now and love it.
Taking highly technical certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Comptia A+, N+) should be on your time and should be available to take whenever you’re ready. This location always has open time slots probably because there are so many stalls for taking tests. The staff/​owner is very friendly and the overall feeling is comfortable. Earplugs are always provided!

I’ve come here several times for Pearson Vue testing (VMware, EMC, Cisco). It’s clean, quiet, and provides a really great test taking environment. Paul Nguyen has even stayed a bit late when I walked in to take a test at 4pm. Really great customer service. Thanks guys, I’ll be back regularly for my test taking requirements!

The guy who works here is great. Really nice and professional. I love this testing center. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. Their computers always work which is hugely important when taking certification test. Plus they have Saturday hours which helped me a ton. I have been to other «less-​than-​stellar» testing centers and this place is the best, I will always come here when in SoCal.
Since I am moving I will have to find a new place and that is not fun. I hope everyone uses this place. Best of luck to the owners.

I really like the environment compared to other similar schools and the owner, Paul, is almost always personally there and is really friendly as well. They also have a number of computers, which is for their other training programs. Give them a try!
