This place is dirty and customer service sucks! Saw rats running around. They don’t speak English to even understand what they are saying. The worst service ever!

They were OK as Lam Garden. When they became Panda Bistro I got egg drop soup that had green mold in it. Luckily saw it before I ate it. Haven’t been back.

I’ve ordered recently from them, about last 3 orders were pretty bad… I would hope they bring back the same chef, or change their cooking style. Over cooked rice and noodles is not what I ordered.

I live around the corner from Panda and have tried them about once a quarter for about 2 years. The results are from just acceptable to really bad. I’m wondering if they have anyone jump in and cook if needed? Yesterday we decided to give them another try and ordered 3 General Tso chicken. The meal was horrible. The chicken was so tough I and two others could barley chew it(one of the group lives on fast food). It was like they deep fried frozen prepped chicken and then threw it in the wok last minute(my wife observed the deep frying). Panda is not advertised as a gourmet Chinese restaurant and I don’t have that expectation, however what I do expect in any restaurant is food that is eatable and consistent quality. I have been in the restaurant business for quite a long time so my comments are based on experience and there as objective as I can possibly make them. I have no issue with the staff at Panda as they are typical for this type of restaurant and always seem friendly. The place is not particularly clean so there’s that… however the food quality is why the single star. I used to live in Horsham so maybe I’m spoiled to Wing Lee’s… I wish the best for Panda and hope that they hire a Chef that knows how to cook fast Chinese food. We need a good Chinese place in the neighborhood!

I don’t understand the bad reviews that this place got. I order from it a couple of times a month and love it. It’s American-style Chinese food, and I’m rating it based on quality of food in that category. My food is always fresh and flavorful. I also like that they don’t use MSG in anything. I recommend anything that comes in black bean sauce. I love the shrimp dumplings. I love the general tso’s shrimp – sort of an interesting thing to have on the menu! For delivery American-style Chinese food, this place is great.

Not nearly as terrible of an experience as others have mentioned. Came in after work a week or two ago to grab a quick dinner to take home. And quick it was! I was in and out of there in about fifteen minutes. The service was fine. Overly friendly and gracious? Certainly not. But not rude either. Thanked me for my purchase. A lot of places don’t do that. And while not fancy or luxurious, it looked clean and well maintained. Now the food, was just the averagiest average chinese food I have ever had. And i don’t think i have particularly high standards for chinese food. And usually when I order chinese food, I get a bunch of stuff to try out. This time, i just picked up an order of General Tso’s chicken. It was alright. Not amazing. Totally edible. Totally unremarkable. It was trying to be sweet and sour and it was just failing at both. Could have used some more sweet. Cooked well though, and made it home still hot. I probably won’t be back, but in a pinch, I just might.

I just got take out from Panda Bistro and I wish I had waited and just ate canned soup at home. I ordered wonton soup and spare ribs. They put the ribs in the microwave and the soup had no taste. It was $ 14 dollars wasted!!! I threw the food away. They used to be pretty good but after that I will never waste my time or money.

consistently done in under 10 minutes, no matter what you order, which to me is a strike against them to begin with — really, how can you cook it that fast? The food is TERRIBLE. 3 times I tried it, 3 times I considered throwing it away. I’m never sure what I’m eating is even what I ordered.

This is the worst tasting Chinese restaurant — the food was godawful to the point where I’m embarrassed for them. It doesn’t matter that the owners are not Chinese; who taught them how to cook? We had a relatively simple Chinese dish — pork lo mein along with another dish which I forget(it was months ago) and both were so bland and terrible that we couldn’t finish either one. In fact, I’ve never tasted such awful Chinese food, ever. They need to take a lesson from Asian Taste in Huntingdon Valley — now that’s good Chinese food!

Not bad for a newly opened strip mall Chinese restaurant. Came by with my dad on a quiet, rainy Sunday afternoon and we pretty much had the place to ourselves(with the exception of maybe one other person), and I was very happy with the food and the service. Didn’t have to wait long at all for the food and for what it was, it was great! I will definitely be back if I’m in the area and craving some Chinese food.
