History

Established in 2001.

Jemar Contracting, llc. was established in 2001 as a professional roofing contractor repairing, servicing and installing residential and commercial roofing.

Throughout our journey we noticed that home and business owners really wanted trained background checked and drug tested team member working on their homes and business so we established our Seal of Safety which requires all team members continual professional training, and yearly background and drug testing.

We also learned that customers require yearly Maintenance on thier roof and gutters, so we started our Overhead Care Club that offers these benefits and more.

Our Straight Forward Pricing on Repairs and Maintenance relieves customers tensions that they are not being charged fairly, we show them how we calculate their repair investment.

Business Owner

Jeffrey M. started roofing summers for his fathers commercial roofing company at the young age of 13. After working several summers and full time for 5 years a Degree in Construction Management was needed so off to Spring Garden College in Philadelphia PA.

After receiving my degree I was hired by a large union roofing outfit where I worked for 16 years managing both large and small commercial roofing contrracts.

In 2001, I started Jemar Contracting, llc with the foresight of proper roofing system isnatllations and 100% Customer Care
