I found Fast Page Radio by accident, but it was the best accident that could have happened! Floyd analyzed my husband’s malfunctioning phone (the HTC Evo) and updated the phones software, and while I waited, he updated my phone (HTC Evo Slide), too. He also recommended helpful apps we could use. Although my husbands Evo appeared to be working, a few days later we had the same problem; no problem, since Floyd had the foresight to order a replacement just in case. We went in, swapped phones, and Floyd even helped us get the apps swapped from one phone to the other!

So the folks at the big sprint stores can’t fix the keypad on my Lotus Elite. So I went to Fast Page Radio and got a replacement (it was refurbished, but I did not mind, as long as I could see the numbers/​letters on the keypad!). Floyd got me the replacement and life is good. The folks at this location are nice and friendly! Recommended!
