Business Owner

Adam has been singing and dancing since he was two years old. It would not surprise his grandfather Ted (who wrote and performed for Sam Kahn and Lou Armstrong), or his father (who has a well-​known orchestra «Stu Weitz»). Becoming a third generation entertainer was in the cards!

Adam began performing professionally at the age of thirteen with his father’s band. His talents quickly developed learning «old school» principles with a fresh and energetic style. It wasn’t long before Adam was performing as a lead vocalist & band leader.

Top of the line entertainment company. I have seen them multiple times in performances in two different states. They have the greatest staff that cares and you can see it in their performances and they delivered. I am aware that they do full event planning and as well as live and DJ entertainment which only added to the fact. I highly recommend A Sharp, sign them up and you will not be sorry. I can’t wait to party with them again.

Wow, where to start? First of all, my fiancée and I attended a showcase this past summer based on good reviews we saw online. After attending the showcase, I’m convinced that these «reviews» are written by friends and family. The MUSICIANSHIP WAS MEDIOCRE, the ORGANIZATION WAS HORRENDOUS, and their PLAYLISTS ARE COMPLETELY OUTDATED! In fact, all of these rave reviews about Adam Weitz are definitely written by his friends, because the guy sounds like Tom Waits gargling hot asphalt when he sings. On top of it all, these people wanted to charge twice as much for an event as the top level entertainment companies in the area! What a joke! After doing more investigative research after we left, we found out that most of this company’s events are Bar/​Bat Mitzvahs — which totally makes sense. Throw in a couple of juggling clowns and a dunk tank, and the DJ package MIGHT be worth the price. Anyone reading this, don’t fall for the bogus reviews. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I recently attended a showcase at A Sharp’s studios in Huntingdon Valley PA in the Northeast Philly area. Adam Weitz is a talented performer — emcee, singer and showman who provided a highly entertaining evening, supported by a staff of dancers including JP and Anton. We had a blast learning to dance the group dance sensation «The Wobble» and enjoyed many laughs throughout the evening. His studio looked amazing, and the LED dance floor was particularly sensational.
A Sharp Production is a seasoned and professionally-​run company that I’d definitely trust to entertain at one of life’s milestone celebrations such as bar/​bat mitzvah, Communion or wedding.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Adam and the crew at A Sharp both personally and professionally for quite a while, and was surprised they weren’t reviewed yet! These guys deserve some props. Having just moved back to town, it didn’t surprise me that they were behind the scenes of two events I recently attended — a huge fundraiser at City Hall and probably the most organized high school reunion I’ve ever seen (won’t say which one, but it put mine to shame).
So when I needed help hosting an event at my place when a friend’s venue fell through at the last minute, it was a no-​brainer. Called up A Sharp, told em what I needed and what the budget was– Adam took care of the rest! All I had to do was show up and enjoy the party. Everybody raved about the decorations and entertainment, but these guys deserve all the credit.
