Security officers are rude as hell as specially lady with a very heavy accent!!! However once you pass those uncivilized members of our society there is a very pleasant surprise — gentleman that is on the front desc (red head one). He is a sweetest person alive and definitely made my day. Overall experience is good except security officers (rude lady)

Very rarely am I motivated to write a review, but I must say the staff at USCIS are the nicest lot! I was in and out of the place in 10mins, I obviously was on time! But the fact that the guys are courteous and are all smiles including the receptionist, it just makes the whole visa application process less painful!

I enjoyed attending my appointment here! There were long waits but overall experience was very positive.
The facilities were immaculate, staff were very accommodating and knew what they were doing, no unnecessary rudeness was witnessed during my visit.
Hats off to the man fronting the Appointment? Information? Desk (handing out numbers & handling documents) who greeted each client in their native language and went above & beyond to meet their needs.
I wish this man could be cloned and exported to every DMV office in the tristate area.

Great USCIS staffs, but mostly more rude then I thought. They treat any visitors like any uncivilized people ! The security contractors are worse, took my Leatherman away, and I even told him iam a working guy I need my gear, but one of them jack ass said not allowed! Ok if I am not allowed I will go back and return next week for my next date. He said he can’t give me back! You know my point. I told him I am not going in, but he said we cannot give you back once confiscated ! I told him you can take it home just in case u need it at camp ! What a jerk !
