We are a full-​line property management company, and have the ability to handle all aspects of your investment, from the financials, the maintenance, cleaning, and repairs, to ground up construction. History

Established in 2004.

My company began as a small operation that bought and sold homes. As the real estate markets changed in 2008, it became more lucrative to buy and hold. At this point Wohlf had built a successful portfolio of real estate investments. Having the ability to ebb and flow with the ever changing markets has enabled us to stay in business and thrive over the past 12 years. We now have the pleasure to offer our successful real estate practices to many customers in the Hummelstown, Hershey, Palmyra and Elizabethtown areas of Pennsylvania.

Business Owner

Business has always been the focal point in Donnie’s life. After working many different jobs as a kid, Donnie went on to swim Division 1 in college, where he earned two degrees, ran a restaurant for three years, and started his own coin operated company (in washing machines and arcades). After this, he went on to sell and rent real estate in Boston; then decided to buy/​rent real estate on his own. Moving back to PA, Donnie completed his MBA at Penn State, and began his investing career. Now, Donnie owns a thriving property management and investing company in the Hummelstown/​Hershey area. Here he has been able to offer his clients the same returns and experience that have made his business so successful.
