Walmart does not honor prices on hanging items if they are stocked in wrong location and poor customer service from managers. I was going to buy some paint brushes. The price on the hanger where there were several packages of the same exact item was 4.47. When i got to the register the brushes rang up fot 10.97. I asked for a manager and an assistant manager was helping me and told me Walmart does not HONOR pricing on items stocked in the wrong location. I asked her 4 times for a manager and she kept saying she was going to get one but never made an attempr to use her radio to call one. The manager told me that as the first of this year Walmart does not HONOR pricing placed in wrong places. It is not the customers stocking the merchandise and we are expecting to pay the prices marked. I left about 40.00 to 50.00 of merchandise i was going to buy in the store unpurchased due to everywhere else I have ever shopped if the merchandise was misstocked they would honor the price. Went to Lowes and TARGET and got the items from there. I would give 0 stars if possible

I guess you can say that Walmart is starting to grow on me! I came here during the week of Christmas(4 days before) just after noon to find some gifts for my nieces. I had already ordered online a few weeks ago and found out last week that two of the items I ordered were not big enough for the kids. I returned the items to another store Saturday, but I wanted to make one last attempt to find something for them to open on Christmas Day. The parking lot wasn’t extremely packed, but I decided to park on the Christmas Décor side(Plants and Gardens) to avoid too much traffic. I was greeted when I entered and went straight to the toy section thanks to the signage. Like me, there were several patrons looking for the right toys for their loved ones. Some shelves were sparse and empty, but there was still a pretty good selection of items overall. I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for, but it was good enough to play with for a few days for the money. Since I didn’t have but three items, the express lanes were my oyster! I waited less than five minutes to get checked out and was gone – gone so fast I left a bag! As I was rushing to get to the bathroom, the cashier screamed«MAAM, MAAAAAAM!» really loud and got my attention to get my bags. I would have discovered my misfortune when I left the store to place the bags in my trunk, but I much preferred to hear the lady scream at me in a crowd than to walk back into WalMart during the Christmas season. With a few close fender benders with reckless shoppers trying to rush out of the store, I didn’t leave with a headache after my visit, but don’t think I’m converting to being a WallyWorld Woman in the near future. This just gives me another option in a pinch.

I got here quite a bit and I think it’s ok for a Walmart. They have groceries too. Staff a bit clueless but I’ve only had an issue once. The one thing I don’t like are the rollback prices are never right. I’ve been buying yarn for a year here and they have a rollback sign. But they never correct it in their system even though I point it out to them every single time for the past year.

I will NEVER come back to this Wal-Mart ever. I thought this was a much nicer Wal-Mart than the humble or Porter location but i have never dealt with rude staff as a had today. The manager was nice about everything but Karra the check out lady was so RUDE! I have never had to complain about a worker before but today was a first.

I actually liked this Walmart location okay. I came in looking for some yarn. I had a list of 12 colors that I needed and this location actually had 5 of the 12, which honestly is better than I expected. They had a pretty well stocked craft section, but it was a little topsy-truvy. There were also massive lines at all the check outs even thought it was 9 o’ clock at night. I wish Walmart would utilize all the check outs they build and have cashiers working them.

Absolutely a ghost town if your looking for a cashier. I was here because it was close to where I was staying but I think I’ll make a little longer trip to actually have some customer service.

I frequent this walmart and I have to say I am not very pleased with the level of customer service it has. I sympathize bit it seams like they are always short handed or employees do not come to work when they are scheduled. Which affects myself and other customers when I’m trying to get in and out. Lines everywhere grocery and pharmacy areas. They need to do better.

Got in and out in 10 minutes. Glad they moved it from where it was years ago!
