Walgreens

Pharmacy is incompetent. Even our doctors ask why we use this place. After many many issues I’m done. Switching ASAP to somewhere else. They have phone problems as well. You get caught in a loop on hold. Doctors send over prescriptions and instead of filling them they put it on file. I spend too much time dealing with issues with this pharmacy. I’m done. I’ve called corporate and get no call back. Tonight I asked for the number and even it is incorrect.

I was visiting my dad from Dallas and had to refill a prescription that was given to me by my doctor in Dallas. I was told that I could not refill my prescription here at Walgreens because the pharmacist did not want to fill it. Then I was told that I should «just go back to cvs or Walmart or wherever you usually fill it in Dallas because our pharmacist finds it suspicious, now please leave». I had a completely valid prescription and a valid drivers license. I am disappointed in the pharmacy staff here.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.
I have yet to go here without a giant 2 your headache. I just waited 20 minutes with 3 kids under the age of 5 just to drop off a script. When I finally get up there, they tell me their system crashed and they can’t help me for 30 more minutes.
Always a big wait. Always terrible customer service.
Side note — Why do they have 2 lanes in the pharmacy drive thru. They have never talked more than one person at a time. I am still not sure of they are inept or indifferent.

The people and Pharmacist here are completely incompetent! We went in for some guidance and help because I had gotten stung by a red wasp. They were rude, cold & aloof. And they only recommended benadryl and we specifically asked if anything could help the immense burning and stinging. They failed to mention Hydrocortisone Cream or Calamine lotion. After getting home and doing a simple Google Search we found that information. These people disgust me and are worthless. Save yourself pain time and Trouble go to CVS.

This review is for the pharmacy. Do not use this walgreens pharmacy they are not helpful and are do not know what they are talking about. Use the walgreens by will clayton and atascocita road much friendlier and faster and very knowledgeable.

Stopped at this location for the «takecare clinic», as my child wasn’t feeling 100%.
Wait time wasn’t bad at all, as we were the only ones waiting. They are very nice and I am thankful they are nearby and open on weekends!

This is a nice Walgreens location…
The pharmacy is 24 hours and the crowd is always safe, never the sketchy characters out front… So that’s always nice.
The line is at the pharmacy is sometimes a little long which leads me to believe they are kind of slow, but I wouldn’t say it’s a real problem.

Just a quick in and out… yeah, right! LOL. Good deals around the holidays.

I never stopped by a another Walgreen because I get everything I need here. I am truly happy with everything there. I am sure that there been times when something went wrong but they have gone through hoops to try to fix it. I appreciate that. No place is perfect but they at least strive for it.

I love my neighborhood Walgreens. Let me count the ways.
1) Friendly staff at the pharmacy counter
2) Fun special items and the always comedy friendly «AS SEEN ON TV!» section
3) Great cosmetics section and cosmetics associates
4) Well kept and organized store
5) Good prices on everything I need
6) A great place to grab snacks before hitting the road for a road trip
I really like going there and use them even though my insurance wants me to use their competitor. I have joined the Walgreen’s pharmacy club and some of my prescriptions are lower than they would have been on my insurance plan. I shop at Walgreens for toiletries as well. Their prices are generally pretty good and their sale prices are great. I like their snacks section very much. I can get a great big bag of the Blue Diamond Wasabi Flavored almonds. This is the only place I’ve seen the large size. My husband and I have used their photo lab and have had no troubles.
As this location can get very busy, I generally time my visits to off hours, such as after 8 pm weeknights or early in the morning on weekends. My only compliant is that they have put the clinic waiting room next to the line for the pharmacy. If you are there getting maintenance meds, you do get exposed to people with colds and flu. The pharmacy does have hand sanitizer at the registers, so I make use of that and since I go late or early, I generally avoid the sick people as the clinic is not open then.
