I dropped off 5 french cuff dress shirts to be monogrammed and gave specific instructions regarding where on the cuff I wanted my embroidery. When I picked the shirts up, the monogram was in the wrong spot. In fact, it was an inch higher than it should have been. 5 luxury brand dress shirts ruined as a result of this mistake. Very disappointed and do not plan to return.

Totally redeemed themselves!!! I decided to go back and explain to the owner how upset I was! She was very apologetic! She told me she was gonna try to fix but also gave no guarantees as the stitching could ruin the back. I didn’t mind as it was the back. She called me the next day and said she fixed it with no issues and again apologizes! I just picked it up and I could not be happier! Not sure what happened to the lady who wrote down the wrong color thread but it is fixed!
