I would not recommend using any of the State Farm representatives from this office. I was misinformed from the time I started doing business with them. I had to request a paper copy of my policy, which should have been sent to me after the transaction was final. Secondly, I was never told I would be charged a fee for a policy change plus whatever the amount was in the modification. I’ve been with State Farm for only 2 months and I’m already looking to leave. Their customer service and representation of a reputable Company as such, is unacceptable.
