Texas Style Limousine

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! We got the stretch Hummer limo for my birthday. It shows up, the air conditioning and the radio doesn’t work at all! The screens were also not working! It’s the beginning of September in Texas, it’s still hot! Once everyone got in the limo we were all sweating! The driver Tony, was incredibly rude and unprofessional! I didn’t expect him to be wearing a tuxedo, but the man shows up in an old t-​shirt; looking like he’s been working in his yard all day! He then seemed very annoyed when we asked him to take pictures of us! That driver needs to find a different line of work or decide to be in a professional and pleasant mood while doing his job! If it wasn’t for the wonderful friends and family I was with, this would’ve ruined our evening and my birthday entirely! They promise a certain product and certainly do not deliver that product; all the while still expecting you to pay full price! This is not how you run a business! We can’t even get the very rude owner, Ida to return our phone calls or messages that we have left for 5 consecutive business days! Do yourself a favor and never use this company!

I was actually referred here by a friend so I was a first time customer and will probably be my last.
I used them for an event instead of my regular person because of the referral. They arrived at my home on time to pick up me and my friends. After settling in the limo we could not get the radio to function properly. The outputs for CD, AUX and iPod would not work. The driver tried to accommodate us but I could tell he didn’t know what he was doing. We called the office and were told that it worked on the last trip but that did no good for me at the time. I was really upset that we could only listen to the radio for a trip that we paid a minimum of 5 hours for!
On the next business day, I called the office to speak with the manager and she told me that she would look into the problem. I thought that I should have gotten some type of discount for my inconvenience that the vehicle didn’t operate at 100%. I was told that they would let me know and would call me back. As of today I am still waiting! Really bad customer service. I was in a position to give them more business but I would not refer someone to them based on the bad experience and the lack of effort on their part to make it right. I will never use them again.

Unprofessional and discourteous.
My boss wanted a pink limo for his daughter’s birthday party. This was the only one I could find in Houston.
After a promising first phone call, I found that I had to hound the owner, Ida Vega, for confirmation of my reservations. When I finally received, there were errors. I again had to hound her to make corrections and re-​send confirmation. She rarely returned my calls. I had to call repeatedly until she picked up the phone.
Considering the lax service I had received leading to the day of the reservation, I thought it best to get final confirmation the morning of the pickup. Ida responded with annoyance, «You always call me when I’m picking up my kids!» Mind you, all of my calls were made within normal business hours. She again promised to call me back but did not. Upon pickup the limo driver was discourteous and unsympathetic to a delay. My boss’s wife called and was met with Ida’s unprofessionalism as well. On the return trip, the limo driver called me to ask where on the property the party was to be picked up. I would expect a limo company to have determined this before they arrived.
Ida responded to a scheduling change with an absurd up-​charge, stating she’d have to reschedule other clients. Ummmm, yeah right.
I’d have certainly gone elsewhere had I known of another provider of pink limo’s. The only reason they earn 1 star is because they got the pre-​teens from point A to point B, back to point A.

This company has the best Limos in Houston. Great customer service also.
