Unfortunately, I did not have a wonderful experience at this emergency room. The rating would be lower if it were allowed. On last night my mother went into their facility very ill. Who she initially meet was a very rude, insensitive, and aggressive front desk receptionist name Rayna. Proceeding on for treatment, she was «greeted» by Rachel the very impersonal lab technician; who forgot she was processing patients not customers! Throughout the testing process/​visit we did have a pleasant male nurse, Micheal. Upon, leaving we were reminded of the lack of professionalism by Rayna. Overall, this place is HORRIBLE, considering there are many ER’s in the area, you think they would be more accommodating to their patients. If you would like to be treated with care, this is definitely NOT the place to visit!!!

This place is great. Fast and friendly staff. Now remember it is an emergency room, so they charge accordingly. I don’t understand people saying they disguise them selfs as a minor ER. No where on the building does it say minor. It clearly states EMERGENCY ROOM. So as long as you understand that you will be charged those fees and processed under your insurances ER benefits, go there. With my insurance my ER copay is $ 300. If I have an emergency, I will definitely go there versus sitting in a hospital ER for 10 hours.

So I went here for what I knew was a sinus infection! I told them when I got there I had sinus surgery a few years ago and was diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis. The doctor gives me a Steroid Shot and tells me to keep taking Claritin D after i told him I’m usually prescribed augmentin as nothing over the counter works for me and i feel I’m under water suffocating when I try to sleep! Well the shot worked for 48 hrs and I’m right back to where I started! I am very upset as I called them to ask will I be charged $ 250 again for a visit if what I told them already wouldn’t work didn’t and they said if it’s not the same day I will be charged again. RIDICULOUS!!! Now I have to go to another doctor! NEVER go here they just want to give what what they think is right and push you out the door!

Exceptional service! Fast and thorough. Doctor explained all his findings and any concerns we might have. Love they took the time to explain everything in detail! From the front receptionist to the wonderful nurse! Thank you again! Having an emergency with an 8 month old was scary but left there with all my concerns answered!

This place was amazing! In and out with no issues! I was glad to finally find some where I could trust. UNTIL…2 months later I received a bill for an additional 50 dollars. I wrote a check and stamped the envelope the same night I pulled it out of the mail. The next afternoon, i missed a phone call from the emergency room and I called them back 10 mins later. The lady proceeded to tell me that they have sent me bill after bill and I ignored them and it’s now going to collections! I NEVER EVER received a bill from them until now! They called me a lier! I will never go back. And it’s sad because they lost a future patient over $ 50. I don’t mind paying it was that they called me a lier and called me the day after I got my bill in saying it was going to collections when they didn’t send me one prior to this.
