Had a terrible experience with this clinic. I was scheduled at the time they opened so I guess no one was ready yet. As a new patient, I had to fill out all this information (which is fine and normal) but this whole process started at my appointment time. I would’ve appreciated them telling me to come in a bit earlier to get it done which I did but then I saw that they opened at 9 so I waited in the car.
The lady at the front desk was not very helpful when trying to locate my pharmacy. Because of the pharmacy issue, I guess my paperwork wasn’t entered in the computer at all so I had to wait until I found the number for her so she could begin entering my information.
Finally, 30 minutes after this ordeal, the nurse took me in and asked me a few questions. This didn’t take long and she said the doctor would be right in. The doctor was not in for another hour. I am not exaggerating. She left about 9:30ish and he didn’t come in until 10:35. He then proceeded to ask me the same questions the nurse did and suggested we do an allergy test (you know, the reason for the appointment) and that it would take 2 hours more. From the 1.5 hours that I had already spent waiting. At this point, I expressed my frustration about my lack of time to which he suggested I come back another day. As in, make another appointment, take more time off work and pay once again for something that I already went there to do.
Pass. I had a horrible experience here and I do not recommend unless you have all day to wait around.
