They have the paint you need and do color matching which is all helpful. Not different from any other paint store. Unfortunately the employees at this location don’t understand customer service.
I came in to the store to color match some wood stain for my floor trim. Normally when you walk into a store someone will greet you and say hello. Here not one employee said anything. I waited for 15 minutes while they helped other customers. During that time no one bothered to be courteous enough to say hey we will be with you in a minute.
After one of the associates finished helping his customer, instead of coming over to help me, he started walking around the store scanning in inventory. After 5 minutes of doing that he finally decides to come help me. Not sure what the deal at this place is.
Ok if you need to run in and grab some paint, but don’t expect to get any service here.
