Pierre’s Too Hotel & Pet Grooming

Love this Groomer! Always greeted with a smile. I have three dogs and I have been very pleased with the service provided.

The staff at Pierre’s were outstanding !!! Here’s my story… After being turned away from the less than pleasant groomer at «Paradise fish and pets» saying my less than 5 pound Pomeranian was «too aggressive», I came to find Pierre’s deal with all kinds of dogs, even the more difficult ones. First my 10 month old Pomeranian has never been groomed before and is protective of new people. When she meets new people, she needs to be comforted and taken time to get to know the person. As soon as we walked into «paradise fish and pet» a man working there came up to her and she let out a warning low growl. I explained to the man she needs time To warm up but he proceeded to put his hand in her face which she began snarling and growling. She didn’t bite him and has never bit anyone but she will let you know if you invaded her space. Well, being that this is a pet groomer and pet shop, you would think you would understand this, right… immediately, the groomer looks at my pup and says ««I’m not touching that» and «no groomer would take her Bc she was Aggressive» which is hardly the case w my dog. It is more fear aggression and being scared not Bc she is mean. I was very much offended Bc we were not welcomed when we walked in the door and were treated poorly. I was weary that I could never get my sweet pup groomed. I called up Pierre’s and they happily took us. They took the time to comfort and calm her and said she did very well and that we were welcome back anytime. I highly recommend Pierre’s and discourage anyone thinking about going to paradise fish and pets.

Friendly efficient clean. I’m always nervous to take my little dog anywhere new but this place was great.
