This is a good Michael’s location. They do a good job keeping it clean and orderly. Things are generally in their place and not strewn all over the universe. I like the selection in this big store. It is well lit and has most everything I need for my crafts. My one complaint for this location is the checkout is abysmally slow. I don’t know exactly why, but I try to make a point to come in at odd hours to avoid a long wait.

Location: 5⁄5 Quality of service: 4⁄5 Products offered: 5⁄5 Prices: 4⁄5 Would I come again? Yes! Other: Went here just for 1 item and ended up at 20(always happens to me, I can’t be the only one it happens to). This particular store is well maintained and organized. There is a ton of parking in front of the store. The staff here are so sweet(all except for the one angry«Betty» who hates her job); all willing to her you find exactly what you need. Some of them will even walk you over to make sure that’s the item you well in fact looking for. That small gesture made me love this stores’ customer service.

Have not been to Michaels in a very long time. I went this past weekend with my friend to help her look for baby shower decorations and I was really impressed with everything they had out for Valentine’s Day, Easter and spring. I tried to go through every aisle but got stuck in my favorite aisle with the stickers. They had everything from different cities, sports, themes, holidays, I mean you name it. The store could be a bit more organized and stocked up but other than that it was pleasantly good. I forgot about much stuff Michaels has to decorate and make your own decorations. I would definitely be returning to finish making my daughter’s scrapbook. I love supplies and crafty things. The restroom was clean which is a plus, the check out service was nice and quick to.

Not only was I charged for something I didn’t buy. The items I had in my cart weren’t on the receipt. So I had to drive all the way back from the back of Kingwood to humble just to get what I originally went for.

Very big place! A lot of different aisles and stuff every artist, such as myself needs. The couple of times I’ve come here, it would usually be very quiet. Only problem I have coming here is having to find someone to help me find something or get something for me that is locked behind glass doors. I feel they are understaffed.

I needed to get baskets so I could make gift baskets. So I came to Michaels due to tge vast variety of baskets that they offer. The customer service is wonderful. I had a copoun on my phone and would not scan. The cashier was kind enough to use it any how

Don’t forget the sunday coupons. The store is neat, and you can find many craft supplies here. I personally hate the check out lines here. They often seem to be understaffed. I personally like Hobby Lobby better, but they are closed on Sundays. So sometimes you just end up here.

If you need custom framing done this is the place. They run 50% off specials with an extra 30% off about once a quarter… ridiculously cheap framing. There’s a lady named Connie who is extremely helpful and strives to make sure you feel taken care of. They even have a machine that shows you what mats and frames are going to look like on your piece before you choose… great technology! I will be back soon to get more framing done and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get custom framing. I took in three pieces and all were beautifully done.
