options for plumbing repairs to settle for this.

I was very disappointed with this company. Although I did not use their services, I did use them for an estimate and was shocked by what they were going to charge for a garbage disposal replacement.
First of all, I strongly believe the repair man never looked at my garbage disposal. I say this because when asked what model it was, he gave me a completely different model than the one that was in my sink. He was going to charge $ 390.00 for replacement and repair, that is with the 15% off coupon on their website. I was shocked! When asked for a breakdown of the services he explained that the garbage disposal is $ 145.00 and the remainder is labor!
After doing a bit of research on the web, I discovered the true garbage disposal in my sink was only $ 90 not $ 145. Needless to say we did not use this company and we installed the disposal ourselves. Saving $ 300!
