Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Humble

Enjoying our stay here. We needed more towels and pillows. They got to our room in 4 minutes. Very nice and helpful employees. Room was clean and comfortable. We got the suite.

The front desk was prompt and polite making it a pleasant check in after a long day at work, when I got to my room I was very satisfied. everything in the room looked new and well maintained, the bed was comfortable as was the room temperature when I arrived. This was all a pleasant surprise as the room came at a low rate! I will definitely stay here again.

It’s not bad for the price. My sister had enough points for 2 free nights at 20,000. Can’t beat that. And as Lotus said in the last review, you get the free parking, breakfast, Wi-​Fi, fridge, etc. It’s a good basic hotel with enough extras and a comfortable bed and pillows to make you book.

I just stayed here for one night. Pretty good hotel, kind of pricey $ 99 per night (this is already a discounted price). I would stay here again but ask to see if you can get a mini-​fridge in your room.
Pros:
1. Breakfast is included with room rate. You get coffee, juice, hard-​boiled eggs, make-​your-​own Belgian waffles with strawberry preserves, various cereals, english muffins, bread, bagels, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, microwavable corn dogs, yogurt, and fresh bananas and apples. I like hotels with breakfast included b/​c I don’t have to go drive somewhere early.
2. Free Wifi.
3. Parking is free.
4. Close to the mall and restaurants.
5. Staff is friendly.
6. There’s an indoor pool and an indoor jacuzzi, if I stayed here longer, I would have utilized it.
7. There is a eating area.
8. TV in room is a LCD flat screen with about 50 channels.
Cons:
1. Breakfast is from 6−9am, could be better if extended to 10am.
2. Room on first floor didn’t have a mini-​fridge but there’s an ice bucket you can use to keep your drinks cool.

Pretty pleased with this hotel. Nice and clean. Of course Marriott rarely fails me. Staff very accomodating. They were able to put me in a room that supplied all my needs (i.e. frig & microwave). This deployment for me didn’t require me out doing inspections so the fact that they do not have inhouse laundry not as big an issue, but it is an inconvience to have to leave to wash your clothes if you’re staying here a long period of time. That’s the only reason why a (5) star was not given. Otherwise everything is real nice. Recently remodeled and the location is great. I’m pleased.
