OMG!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I went to get shellac French manicure and this is the worst I’ve ever gotten! the French tip was uneven my nails were uneven I had to keep telling her to look at all my nails because they didn’t match! they were all crooked, they also only do 1 coat of polish for French and the lady swears «EVERYONE» does it like this because it lasts «longer» I’ve never heard of this! then she has the audacity to say «next time go back to where they do it twice»! OMG!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY! EVER! I will never be going back there, besides it looks dirty, nasty, clutter and they are rude! but most importantly the work they do is HORRIBLE! THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I could’ve done a better job myself at home! I went straight to the mall to get it removed and redone by real professionals, I should’ve started there but decided to try this place out since it was so close to my home but never again! and to top it off they use this lotion with glitter on your hands which I now can not take off! I’ve washed my hands 6 times and the darn ugly glitter is still on my hands!!! even the other nail shop tried to take it off and it wouldn’t come off! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN AND THE WORST I’VE EVER BEEN TREATED AS A CUSTOMER! SHAME ON YOU!!!

I would give it a zero but they do my eyebrows very well BUT I will not be getting anything else done here I received a pedicure and the nail polish isn’t even even I mean how hard can that be and I got a set of solar nails and they were $ 43 I’m not cheap but why would I pay $ 43 for a set of nails that might I say one finger is significantly shorter than the rest when I can go somewhere else for the same thing for $ 30 this place is very dingy and not very clean from pedicure to pedicure I did not see anyone wash their hands and they don’t even use gloves.

I’ve been here a handful of times and for the most part they do a good job. If I get my nails done I only do French tips (other wise I can do them on my own) this makes it + $ 3. They have a discount offer on a mani and pedi if you’re a student $ 30 (usually it’s mani — $ 12 pedi $ 22). I also usually get my eyebrows done here. I’ve never had a really bad experience with customer service here. The only thing is that next door is like a karate school (?) and after school it gets pretty loud.

First time in… Greeted right away, asked to choose color and they sat me in a chair with no water. Color selection is old, Chairs are old, bathroom is dirty. It’s been 25min and I’m still sitting in the chair with no water waiting. The lady next to me is still waiting also, she’s been here almost 40 mins… Time to go and I won’t be back.

I’m only giving one star because I couldn’t leave zero! Came into the salon to get my eyebrows waxed only. There was only one other customer there who was getting a pedicure… Multiple (I would say at least 6) employees that where sitting around playing on their phones. I was asked to go to the back room which I did and waited until someone came in to help me. I waited for a while before a lady came in talking on her phone… She turned the phone away from her ear and told me to lay down. She still did not get off the phone. She then said do you want me to wax or you waiting for someone else?! I said I would prefer you to have both hands free while your waxing my face! She continued to talk on her phone… I got my purse and left. Never have I ever been anywhere that didn’t show courtesy to their customers!

I come here whenever I am in town to visit family. This Nail salon has a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a little cluttered but when they start on your nails they get down to business. I like the way they let you pick from a card of enhancements. With frills or no they are thorough and go as quickly as possible.
