We are a family owned and operated commercial real estate services company that has been operating primarily in the North Houston area for over 30 years. We work with buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, investors, and other players in the commercial market on properties of many different types. Our primary focus has been on undeveloped land, industrial, and light office uses.

Donald W.

Business Owner

Don is the broker of record and founder of Don White & Co. Realtors. He attended Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geology in 1957. After a short period of time working in the oil & gas industry, and later selling new construction homes; Don began brokering commercial real estate in the Dallas/​Fort Worth area. After several successful years in brokerage, Don moved to the Houston area to open a satellite office and saw an opportunity to begin working for his own account. In 1981 he formed his own brokerage firm: Don White & Co. Realtors. In the over 30 years since, he has invested in and brokered deals across the country both large and small. He has consistently focused on value-​based land investment, and has held to the principles of diligence and hard work that have been the core of his success. Don enjoys working with his sons in the business that he has built.
