Horrible service. Opted to pick up my purchase from their warehouse. Took 5 hours to find it in there facility. Then when I get it home it has damage. It took weeks for them to even ask for a picture. And when I send it the sales rep. «Clinton» directs me to handle it with the warehouse. Most unprofessional store I’ve ever walked into. Same class as Walmart. In the process of getting a refund and sticking to Amazon.

Bigger store, more stuff. The old store was definitely confining. This store offers many more options for major appliances, TVs, sound systems, computers, mattresses and furniture. The prices here are pretty good and the people working here seem nice, especially Solomon. My husband has worked with him through the years and he always treats us well. Give this place a look if you are in the market for appliances or other goodies for your home.

Horrible Salesperson! (Kanesha Parker) she was super sweet during the sale. Paid for delivery that was an absolute nightmare. On day of delivery, the WAREHOUSE informed me all of my items would not be delivered. I contacted store mgr. I was told Kanesha was looking for my lamps. As of today (2days after delivery) I don’t have the lamps… and I haven’t heard from Kanesha. OR ANYONE ELSE! I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from CONN’S!!!

I recently purchase an LG high end refrigerator and was very pleased with the whole experience. No one harassed me when I went in, then salesman was very pleasant and friendly. The manager went above and beyond to get next day delivery and he did. My refrigerator came in with a ding, but was quickly replaced same day. And the delivery men all very pleasant and professional. Overall good experience and will purchase from there again. And prices were affordable as well.

The salesmen are so annoying. They follow and hound you, but if you ask questions, its a good possibility they have no answer. A good case of annoying order-​takers who work on commission. Prices are not good, but sometimes you can find a clearance item that is at a good price.

If I could give it a zero star, I would have!
They completely suffocate you with service when purchasing something but if you go in to make a payment, do not expect ANY type of service. The 3 times I went in to make a payment, I had to practically beg one of the 30 something salespeople to take my money.
I always overpay but I’ve heard horror stories about how they harrass you if you’re payment is late. I’m not sure why they do not have an online payment option.
After paying this off, I will NEVER shop there again.

My brother is looking to buy a washer and dryer. I heard a commercial on the radio about a discount at Conn’s, so we went to check out what they had. The employees were very nice and were careful not to be overly aggressive. I felt they had a great selection, but the prices although competitive, were not the best I’ve seen. I would definitely shop at Conn’s again, but not before comparing with Home depot and Best buy!
