If you value your time, I’d seek another office. Appointment to get braces off was on same day as regular check-​up, and I had to catch it and call to address order of service. Then they stilled called the next day to confirm old spot! They shifted our appointment, and booked back to back cleaning and retainer fitting and running 30 minutes late. Now spending my afternoon in waiting room! Stinky service here!!!

I like the doctor but the front desk is beyond repair. Never ever answer the phone but once you arrive they’re friendly in person. Hygienist not friendly. On the plus side it was easier to schedule an appointment than the previous place I went to. Also the bill charges looked suspicious. Not sure what’s going on there. That really bothered me. Something about brushing consultation? I find that pretty bogus. The kids doctor was a joke too. Like 1 minute long. Just looked inside and a quick swipe of the toothbrush which I guess is the cleaning. Lmfao. I’m sorry but seriously, it’s a joke.

New to the area, went to the same reliable dentist for 11 years in Dallas on a regular basis. First appointment, waited 30 minutes before I went back, then they required I do XRAYS even though I had in the last 6 months (and did not want my last dentist records). Then the gal who did my charting (calling numbers to determine gum disease) called the numbers so quickly — she had not even touched the gum before calling the number. They wanted to do a deep scaling on my entire mouth. Remind you — I go to the dentist on a regular basis and my last dentist 6 months ago never said anything about a deep scaling. My husband went in the next week and got the same consulting; need deep scaling. They actually charted his bridge — and did not know he had bridge in his mouth (which any good dentist can tell) THey are scamming patients/​insurance for unneeded treatments. See their review on YP, as most are saying they needed deep cleansing as well. Its a scam to get more money. very disappointed!

Been going here since I lived near by. Now live near Kirby area and my daughter in Sugarland and still make the drive to Atascocita for the service and great work they provide here. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly! Elli up front helps us out most of the time and she’s always gone out her way to help in any way she can, from rescheduling an appointment numerous times to faxing over a doctors note to my daughters school. great service, most things a lot of dentist office personnel lag behind in. My dental hygienist Debbie worked a miracle on my gums. I mean it’s night and day ! My dentists went HAM on my root canal. Which means they did a dang good job. It was painless ! Great place to get dental work done I highly recommend

Love this place !! Got my whitening done and it was an excellent experience. Staff is very friendly from the front office to the assistants in the back. Dr. Chiang is very honest and knowledgable and would recommend her to the rest of my family and friends

The only dental office I’ll trust to work on my teeth. I have been going here for years for dental work and recently got my teeth whitened. I have stains from chronic tea and coffee drinking so booked a session with them. My teeth now look pearly white and I couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience! I recently brought my children in for cleaning and general check ups. My 3 year old is very timid around doctors and dentists, but Dr. Freddy and his Assistant did such a fantastic job making him feel comfortable. They were even able to get X-​rays and do a small procedure on his front teeth! He was rewarded with a trip to the treasure box. Both the Office Managers Mark and Kristen checked on us several times and made us feel that we mattered and they valued us. My 13 year old spoke very highly of his experience with Dr. Chang. Front desk was always smiling and appear happy! Highly recommend!

Not a fan of 1 particular front desk person I believe her name was Ellie or Elle not sure of the spelling. She is the reason why I or my daughter will ever return there. Instead of telling me that my ins. will not cover a particular service and that if they do a regular teeth cleaning instead of a deep cleaning that the American Dental Association will flag the dentist (lady what the hell are you talking about) was my reaction. So I called my dental ins and my ins would have covered a regular teeth cleaning at 100%, but the office wanted 90 plus dollars per quad for a deep cleaning. Asked to speak with the office manager was told she was on lunch and she would tell me the same thing but she will be back at 3 now it was 1:00 then. So the office manager takes a 2 hr lunch no problem, so I asked to speak with the Dentist I was told she was on lunch as well. Left my # for office manager to call me back. Of course no call back! I’m glad to say I have found a new dentist. When I first went to this office I left a wonderful review about them of course the person I dealt with today was not there. Research please before you go to this dental office.

Worst experience I have ever had in my 61 years. Had two crowns done and was pure torture. Went in to get teeth cleaned and didn’t have me scheduled except for another exam. I will never go back to this place.

Saw four different dentists for a tooth which they kept putting a crown on, for over a year before the in house Periodontist looked at the xrays and saw bone loss… she immediately said I should never had a crown done.
For A year I trusted the medical professionals, with a jaw that was inflamed, swollen, oozing puss… could never get anyone to answer the phone, they still will not return my calls or emails.
Do not recommend this place at all!
Better business bureau and Angies list are my next stop ! Malpractice

Dr. Garrett is amazing with my kids! She is very comforting to them and to me during their cleanings and/​or procedures. She always makes sure to take me through what she is doing in detail, step-​by-​step. I highly recommend her if you need a pediatric dentist for your children. The office is immaculate and they have a small area for kids to watch tv, read, and play. Of course, you probably won’t be waiting long because they are really good at scheduling.
