Absolutely not. Do not use these movers. I hired them to pack and unpack me and I gave them big tips for helping me.
A law firm has advised me to file a police report because I am missing a box of checks from my checking account and — the second key to my Mercedes is missing. — A lot of small things are missing as well, like shampoo and such… These are stolen items.
Do not use this moving company.

I got a personal call from Apple after my post on Unilocal and they were able to get someone out later in the week. There was some sort of logistics issue at the office that caused my time to not flow through the system. The movers were great guys and understood that I just wanted to get the move over and done with. They showed up on time, and nothing was scratched or broken. While I understand mistakes happen I’m willing to give them three stars, but will note that if they showed the first time I would have given five stars.

We needed help moving from an apartment to our new home. We just needed help with the big stuff (furniture, drawers, bed etc.) It was a job that should not have taken more than an hour. The crew was over 2 hours late and never bothered to call and let us know. My wife was taking the smaller boxes over to the new house while we waited. When they finally showed up, they said they had been busy all day and needed a break. It was a hot day so I gave the crew some water and let them chill out in the AC for a little while. I asked the crew leader if I needed to empty the dresser before they moved it and he said no, because they wrap it with plastic to keep them from falling out. So I placed the jewelry box (contained my watches) that was on the top inside the drawer and then he wraps it up securely with the plastic roll. Since they were taking a break, I decided to run the rest of our small boxes over to the new house (5 mins away). When I got back we started moving. This was an hour after they showed up. Which would be completely fine if I wasn’t charged 200 bucks for their break. I helped the crew move the dresser, bed and couch to the truck and they follow me to the house and unloaded. Everything seemed to go pretty good, so payment was made and i even tipped the crew and bought them an 18 pack of beer. After I get back from the store, I unwrap the dresser and my watches were missing. These were very expensive watches and one was a gift. I call the supervisor and let him know, and he swears there must be a mistake and that they must have fell in the back of the dresser. (obviously I had already searched everywhere before calling). Long story short, I was told there would be an «investigation» and I would be kept «Posted». Three months later nothing has been done. Not even a returned phone call. I was charged almost 500 bucks for a little more than an hours work, and am missing 5 expensive watches.

I would too thank the people of Apple for addressing and acknowledging my concerns hence me changing my previous review I will greatly continue user there services the owner is a stand up guy

We have used Apple four times and each time, the crew was professional, efficient and arrived on time. Thanks for making this process the easiest part.

Truck showed up 2 hours late because they were having a hard time finding a third mover. Movers tried to nickle and dime me on some heavier items that I had mentioned in my phone consult, then offered to waive the charge since they were late (when my rate should have already accounted for those items!). I felt like this was a scam to keep me from reporting their 2 hour delay to the main office. It was a hot day and a difficult move, but their constant complaints to me about 1) the heat, 2) the number of boxes we had and 3) the fact that my house was two stories were entirely unprofessional. And when I sat down to feed my child, the mover gave ME a hard time about taking a break! I recommend you look elsewhere.

We couldn’t be happier with Apple Moving. We used them twice when we moved our parents into their new house. The crews were always very helpful, careful and courteous. They were on time and worked efficiently as well.

There are very few things that separate us from the animals. The most important you ask? Thumbs. Why is it ever so important to own a set of these guys? Not just to open the pickle jar, my friend, but to raise them straight up when you are too elated to speak.
Damn. What an awesome move. I have been stressing out for about 6 weeks for my pending move and Apple Moving was fantastic about everything along the way. Originally I wanted to move Saturday but all the spots were full. I was then informed that Sunday was available and cheaper! Hell yes I will wait 24 hours to save money. The customer service was great. Damita made everything so easy to set up and even gave me a coupon because I’ve referred people to them before.
Moving day has now arrived and I’m not the worlds best packer. Sometimes I like to throw shit into a box that will not be able to shut. Oops. The movers were waiting at my house when I arrived (Which I was about 10 minutes early). I was told that there was going to be 3 movers but 4 men hopped out of the truck and began moving all my stuff out. Jank boxes and all. Anxiety starts to set in when you realize that you are doing absolutely nothing to help while men rush past you sweaty and tired. It was a terrible feeling not to be able to lend a hand but as a friend told me «You’re payin’ em so you can be lazy, so kick back». Good point friend. It’s maxin’ time.
I have a 2 story house so I was convinced that it would take them at least an hour and half to get everything out. Nope. In 40 minutes everything was wrapped and in the truck. What a crazy thing to see your whole life in the back of a truck. Sobering moment for sure. Clocking in at a little under 2 hours everything was in my new apartment and where it belongs.
Will use and refer in the future.

Well, after reading my review someone at Apple contacted me and asked to reimburse me for the extra money I’d paid. Since that was my main grievance with them, they go up to 4 stars. Unilocal saved the experience!
