Hi, thanks for stopping by. Since I was a kid hitting jumps on my BMX bike, I’ve dreamed of owning a bike shop. My love for bicycles started when I learned to ride one at age four. I was fascinated by how these self propelled machines worked and began fixing my own bike when I was about eight years old.

I was fortunate to get a job at the local bike shop as a mechanic at sixteen years old. I quickly worked my way up to manager by my early twenties and then onto guiding bicycle tours throughout North America and Europe well into my thirties.

Now, after twenty plus years in the bicycle business, I am proud to say that I am living my childhood dream. Opening Trailside Bicycles is truly a dream come true. My goal since the beginning was to provide the best customer and technical service for everyone that can ride a bike. These are values that I’ve never compromised.
