Delta Home Builders

We had Delta build an addition to our home earlier this year. From the quote/​bid process, through completion — it could not have been better. Lou is an excellent communicator, and his crews were very conscientious of the fact that we have small children. They always cleaned up the work areas that were accessible by us and the children at the end of each work day.
Delta’s quote was not the cheapest; nor the most expensive — but I feel like we got the best quality work possible. He showed time and again that he was truly vested in doing the job right; versus quick or halfway — using Anthony Beams for support where needed, and re-​doing the work our original builder should have done but never did (there was no plywood on our garage structure! — just hardiboard nailed to the studs!).
He finished the project on-​time and under budget, and the addition looks gorgeous. We are so happy — we just had him come back to the house to give us a quote on re-​doing our kitchen.
