I want a bite of everything in the store! All the yums and then some. The rillettes are my favorite and the meringues and the granola and the salads and the frittata.

Great food. Filled up a picnic basket with their delicious stuff(get there early because they sell out fairly quickly), headed over to a park bench and enjoyed the lovely afternoon.

How many small towns have a Chez Panisse veteran on hand to provide lunch to go? Sublime is the word, guys. Yeah, certain things can be insanely expensive. But they’ve clearly made an effort to provide a $ 10 lunch that can’t be equalled anywhere outside a major city. Hummus sandwich(doesn’t taste like hummus you’ve had anywhere else and that’s a compliment), or salmon, or prosciutto on baguette — with celeriac salad and a macaroon. Heaven. For $ 10. If they could work a bit on the prices for some of the other things, they’d really be in trouble, because I’d move in. Seriously. I would never cook again.

Beautiful place with plenty of cheese options. Decent amount of imported goods. Preserve flavors that I have never seen before. A bit on the pricey side but the quality of the products makes it worth while

Amazing food. Fresh, vibrant, and tons of variety. I highly recommend trying the foccacia and any bean salad(warm or cold) that they might have. SOGOOD!

The ever decreasing star rating for this establishment is based on their ever decreasing customer service. If one is paying $ 10 for a baked good… my friends paid $ 90 for some prepared salad… The smile on the face of the server had better be extra wide. They have now added a grumpy looking man to serve as well as a redheaded girl who can scarcely utter a word. This establishment is also well-known as a gossip factory in the town. Two stars.

Nice addition to Warren Street. I ordered a nice Chevre, Ossau-Iraty, and some sausages from the counter. I grabbed two baguettes that were priced perfectly. Ossau-Iraty is my favorite sheep’s milk cheese from the Pyrenees. I thought the nutty and grassy flavors went perfectly with the white wine I purchased at Hudson Wine Merchants. Previously we purchased many different cheeses and some lovely baked goods a few months back. I was thrilled to see such a high quality store open up in Hudson.

A sorely needed and welcome addition to the Hudson food scene. Can only hope that they expand soon to broaden the selection of prepared foods. Later hours would also be welcome.

A lovely-looking new shop with some delicious well-prepared items, squash soup with spicy parsnip, hummus, duck confit, the meringues, grapefruit compote. The cheese selections from local farms are quite good. The women owners are polite and helpful, Place is a few months old, so jury is still out on my overall assessment, but so far, I’m happy not to have to cook some nights.

A welcome addition to the hipster food movement in old Hudson. Team of extra ordinary woman who have a passion for all things cheese. Focus on local cheeses like Chaseholm Farm Camembert, Sugarhouse Creamery poundcake & Ardith Mae Farm’s doolan. All provisions are carefully selected an offer an array of artesianal products from which to choose and enjoy. Prepared foods utilizing local purveyors for ultra quality and freshness. Professional yet personable service & knowledgeable staff.
