Ive had good service and bad service. The sanitation thing i have seen myself. Sometimes the people who work there, take it more as a joke, i think. Either way. every other time, i get a good sandwich lol.

Staff doesn’t even know the basics of sanitation when making your sandwiches. I ordered a sub while the lady was cleaning the case off with a dirty rag. She didn’t change gloves then made my order and took my money still with her gloves on. Then she went to the next customer, same gloves (dirty as can be) and proceeded to make him a sandwich. I won’t be back to this subway until they can learn the basics of food safety.
