Established in 2009.
Patrick Cota founded Scope 10 in the Winter of 2009 after spending almost two decades in the marketing and advertising areas of Yellow Pages and smaller print and digital media.
Having seen the rise and fall of the yellow pages in corporate America, Patrick set out to launch his own company and base the foundation of it on old fashioned principles of customer service, integrity, honor and a strong work ethic.
Scope 10 started out in marketing and soon found a niche in website design and development. Fast forward to 2014, Scope provides an incredible suite of online digital media and mobile services having created a patent pending mobile web apllication and mobile marketing technology.
Scope 10 serves hundreds of customers accross the United States and in several other countries and has a staff of 5 development teams, administative staff, sales agents and has members of the family operating the business.

A high energy leader with a documented record of success in multiple channels: Mr. Cota is a recognized award-winning executive obtaining more than 30 years experience in customer service and more than 20 years in sales and business management/development. Under Mr. Cota’s leadership, Scope 10 has remained true to its overriding goal to, quote; «Provide a sincere trustworthy link between businesses and consumers in an ever changing mobile and digital world.»
Responsible for nearly every aspect of Scope 10’s daily operations, Mr. Cota directs his primary attention to forging strategic relationships and partnerships with C-level Executives, businesses and agencies. He is also responsible for pioneering Scope 10’s product and continues to lead its ongoing evolution. He remains at the forefront of the companies aggressive growth having launched Resellers agencies in several states.
