Staff is friendly, food is good. Delivery times are great. Never had an issue. Have had almost all sandwich on menu. Vito is my favorite.

Nothing really superior stands out about this Jimmy John’s versus other stores except they do have sprouts, which I haven’t been able to find in Minnesota Jimmy John’s stores for a year or more. So kudos for that!

I have ordered from this Jimmy Johns many times. Their subs are pretty good but not as good as Subway. I’ve never had a problem with my order not being correct.

Jimmy Johns in Hudson is consistently «freaky fast.» Their food is average for a sub chain. I have two major complaints with the Jimmy Johns in Hudson.
**They never read the order instructions. I order online every time and I have a standing instruction to please cut my sandwich in half. They have never followed that instruction unless after I place my online order I call and point it out. What is the point of ordering online if I have to call them to make sure I get my order right?
**They have NEVER once included napkins in my bag when they deliver. It seems to follow that if you are ordering food in, it might be nice to get at least a single napkin with it.
**Oh and one last minor annoyance most of the time they staple my straw inside my bag when they shut it. When the staple goes through the straw it makes it impossible to drink out of… Just common sense in my opinion.
