A few months ago we had the oil changed on our Volvo at jacks auto… Only to find out a few months later they used an impact gun to unscrew the bolt which releases the oil. The bolt has been stripped to a nub and is on SO tight it can’t be removed by any means. Very sloppy slow work for a very expensive $ 150 oil change. The oil pan might have to be replaced for an estimate of $ 1000+. Thanks for nothing jack
