Best selection of parts in the area. I went to multiple stores to find the bolts I lost, and true value was the only place that carried them. The outside of the building gives you the impression that this place is small but WOW was I wrong when I walked in, the place was a whole lot bigger than I thought.

Greg, In regards to your comments I do understand the 15 day policy that is posted on your register. I brought the items to the desk with the receipt and was informed it couldnt be refunded but I could exchange them. I said thats great, walked around the store for 15 mins, picking up items that I needed and even had more than what the credit would of been for. Then the same person that told me i could exchange the items came up to me and told since it was beyond 30 days i couldnt do an exchange. So i helped him put back the items and left. So yes i WAS given the options that you speak of but was then told I couldnt exchange the items. I was never given your name or contact information. You have me mistaken for a different customer. So apparently I am not the only one with this concern. I never made a huge scene regarding the exchange. Despite his claim to the contrary, the customer was given the option of a store credit or exchange, but did not want either of those options. We try as hard as possible to accommodate customer’s needs, as many of our long time regulars can attest to. I do find it disturbing that a customer from another state that has only visited our store once would have such false and malicious things to say about a family business that has been around for 40 years. There is a reason why we have been around for those 40 years, despite the presence of big box stores. That reason is our loyal customers, who appreciate the level of service we provide to them that they cannot get at the big box. We review our prices on a regular basis, and even compare them to the big box stores, and we are always within range of their prices. While I appreciate the feedback and will try to do more to help customers in the future, the customer in question was given my name and was invited to contact me to help resolve the problem. Instead of doing so, he decided to write a review that was neither true nor appropriate.
