GlobalMac IT provides Apple-​centric business solutions to small businesses and law firms with 10 to 50 users nationwide, and locally throughout Northeast Ohio. With over 20 years of combined experience using Macs and an extensive background in business, we are able to provide much more than just the nuts & bolts of computer setup.

The primary core of our business is Managed Services, where companies fully outsource their IT needs to us, so that they can focus on what they do best. Over the years we have found the primary method of IT delivery to be greatly flawed as it is purely reactive. It is the same equivalent of driving your car until it breaks down, then taking it in to the shop to get fixed.

With our proactive service, once our clients are up and running, we monitor their entire network 24÷7÷365, take care of Apple and 3^rd party updates and security patches, and provide a help desk for prompt support and resolutions when issues do arise.

Meet the Business Owner

Tom L.

Business Owner

Tom Lambotte is the Founder and President of GlobalMac IT and is one of the few Apple Consultants worldwide that offers both an extensive and distinguished background in training, sales and business management, AND a passion and depth of knowledge for all things Mac. This unique combination of skill sets allows him to provide the assistance needed by businesses in an understandable and retainable method.

Tom is an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Daylite Master Partner. Tom honed his entrepreneurial skills early on, where he had a very successful career in sales, management and training, having worked as Senior Business Development Consultant at Strategic Development Worldwide, District Manager at Vector Marketing and more.

GlobalMac IT provides outsourced IT for Apple products both remotely and on-​site primarily to attorneys, and businesses with 10 – 50 users.
