Arch and Curl is an intimate Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Barre Studio specializing in personal attention and teacher training. Located In downtown Hudson NY, we have all specialized Gyrotonic equipment and open floor space for Pilates mat, Barre, and Gyrokinesis for larger group dynamic fun.

History

Established in 2014.

After opening CoreBodies in Poughkeepsie NY in 2003, I sold that business and opened Arch and Curl to expand my offerings. Now offering all specialized Gyrotonic equipment and Exhale Barre, as well as Physical Therapy on top of classical Pilates apparatus and mat.

Business Owner

PMA certified Pilates Instructor, and levels 1 and 2 certified Gyrtotonic instructor and Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis evel 1 pretrainer. Siobhan has been teaching and studying movement since beginning yoga and pilates training in 1997. The studio has all specialized Gyrotonic equipment and all classical Pilates equipment, hosting continuing education and teacher trainings regularly.
