I placed two separate orders several days apart having the same delivery address. Unfortunately *I* made a significant error in my 2nd order (which I neglected to catch when I got my order detail email), and Anne’s Florals went above and beyond to fix and address my error. Their service is outstanding and I will ALWAYS use them and recommend them. Thank you Anne’s Florals :)

Spectacular service! I ordered last minute flowers online for my mother’s birthday at 11:30am and received a picture from my mom at 12:40pm of a beautiful arrangement!

The quality of the flowers was amazing. I got an arrangement for my birthday in mid April and the flowers lasted until early May. I have never had such long-​lasting flowers and the vase and arrangement were wonderful.

I can’t say enough about how great Anne’s is! I needed a bouquet delivered same day, within a couple hours (my fault for waiting till last minute). And they were able to do it no problem! Luckily, the delivery was close and the order was simple. I called and spoke directly to Anne. She was very friendly and accommodating! And the flowers were gorgeous! They were delivered on time and they had a lot of buds so they are still blooming even a week later!

Customer service: helpful! And understanding
Quality: AWESOME! Better than other florists I’ve used in the area

as much as i want to support a local business, i won’t be going back.
i had two orders on one day and both orders had significant mistakes. which were corrected. however the part that really drove the negative review was NEVER ONCE did anyone say «i’m sorry» to me. NEVER. not for the mistake; not for the time i had to stay waiting; nothing.
i’m human, i make mistakes and i never fault someone else who does — but those two little words make all the difference in the world!
i also found out when i went in to get the order, that there were more options available to me than had been explained at the time i ordered. and they weren’t options that were wayyyy outside of my price range either.
i like the products they carry but not at all happy with the service

This place rocks! I order flowers for my Mom’s birthday and they get more and more beautiful every year. Their delivery charges are reasonable and talking on the phone with them is so easy. I’d recommend them to anyone especially since they’ve been around forever in Hudson. Great job!
