I love stopping here for the mashed potatoes with sausage gravy. That’s all I get. Just a side order of mashed potatoes on the way out for a hike in the Columbia River Gorge. I love how friendly all the waitresses are compared to the snotty young«severs» in Portland. These ladies are so sweet so I always leave a huge tip. Plus I like that it’s call T&A. That’s funny. And like everyone says there’s clean bathrooms.

It was okay … the waitress did a great job … toast was burned but they brought us new toast not quite as burned … probably won’t return because of the cook

Great breakfast, great service what more do you need. The Denny’s closed down in willsonville so we ventured in here and was very pleased that we did. Definitely coming back again

This review is for the country pride restruant. Country pride is your typical diner. Nothing too great but nothing that bad. I had the all you can eat BLT sandwich and fries. The all you can eat menu is a small menu that you pay one price and if you eat it all you can get another meal for free. There were four of us in the party and they only had one cook so it did take a while for our order. Granted it was around 10pm. I’m not gonna knock them down on that though. The three stars was simply because it wasn’t that amazing place to eat at. Ita a truck stop diner plain and simple.

Horrible service and food. I will not be coming back here again. Stopped by Country Pride to grab some breakfast with my mom and sister closer to 11am. It took forever to get our order placed and get our food. I ordered an entrée and my sister had breakfast. Than we asked how the soup AND salad bar worked and the waiter said that is comes free with the entrée but it’s 2.99 to add it to my sisters meal. I had the chicken mushroom sandwich with cheese and mushrooms. It arrived mainly cooled and with the cheese hardly melted. I kept asking the waiter when the soup would come out and each time he responded with in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I still did not get my soup. My sister had the Tri-Tip with potatoes and eggs. She only ate the eggs because the rest of the food was just tasteless and cooked very poorly. She asked to add the soup and salad bar because she wanted some soup. Still no soup had arrived. When the waiter had brought the check I asked him to take off the amount for the soup and salad bar for my sister because she did not have any soup. He refused and said he cannot do that. Plain and simply, poor service, poor food quality and no consideration for taking an item off the check when it was not even taken advantage of. I paid the check but will never return here again.

I ordered an omelette and the lady taking orders snapped at me and said its an egg. I know that!!! Why is it they gotta talk shit to you to make themselves feel superior. I think it’s the color of my skin she dislikes! Why the negative attitude for a simple order? So I ordered their omelette from the«country pride». Furthest from country taste, more like premade frozen omelette, with a stack of nasty looking cheese wrapped up in all the veggies. Never ever will I order this junk or come here again.

Pretty good truck stop. Lots of spaces, good drivers lounge, clean and modern showers. The Country Pride restaurant was decent too. Super friendly servers and pretty good food.

Service, and friendliness was awesome. I would have given it a 5 star but there were tons of flies, and the food took 25 minutes to get to our table and we were the only ones in there at 1am. We’ll be back but hopefully the flies will be gone because that was super gross.

I stopped in this morning coming home from Lebanon to Vancouver, to warm up(on a Motorcycle) and have some breakfast. The server provided pretty good service, but the cook was very slow… I even overheard my server remarking to a regular about the cook being slow. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, and some of the few people were self serving at the buffet. When my order finally came after 25 minutes(pancakes, eggs & bacon, should not take nearly that long, especially when not busy) the bacon was pathetically inedible… it consisted of 95% fat with a tiny strip of meat, and not even cooked all the way. The pancakes tasted weird and were almost burnt, unevenly cooked. I tactfully and politely told the server I couldn’t eat any of it except the eggs, which were ok. I tried a couple bites of the pancakes but they were BAD. To her credit, the server offered to not charge me for the breakfast. I told her I was more than willing to pay for what I ate(eggs) but she only charged me for the coffee/hot chocolate I drank($ 2.29) so I left her a $ 3.00 tip, and asked that she inform the manager that I expect far better quality breakfast from a truck stop.

My daughter and I went there last night. We were tired of driving and tired of being hungry. We stopped here because it appeared to be a win-win. LOTS of trucks and commercial vehicles in the parking lot. Walked in to the Country Pride Restaurant and it was full. We waited for about five minutes, shared eye contact with a number of employees, but weren’t greeted. We finally asked a customer who told us to seat ourselves. Well, we couldn’t find a clean table so chose the least cluttered of them and sat down. And waited. After about 5 or 6 minutes, the server swooped by to pick up her tip and clean the table. Nothing else. 5 minutes later, she asked what we wanted to drink. Another 5 – 6 minutes and menus, but no drinks were brought. After perusing the menu for about 10 minutes, she brought our drinks, dropped them off and ran to another table. No order taken. We waited TWENTY more minutes, she never returned. Left $ 3 on the table for my iced tea and daughter’s water and left. Still hungry. :(

It’s really not a bad place to stop if you happen to be on your way. Bathrooms were clean, the girls at the counter were friendly and made jokes/small talk. The guys at the pumps were a bit slow due to texting, but I got gas and didn’t have to sanitize my entire body after using the restroom!

In my 10 ½ years of trucking… no matter what time of day or night I can always get a parking spot. It might be in the«back 40», but a parking spot is a parking spot when it comes to 18 wheelers.

This is a great place to stop either leaving or going through Portland. Very nice convenience store with all the normal trimmings, but also very nice if you have a long trailer that you are pulling behind you as this is also a dedicated truck stop as well. A full restaurant with your typical American fare is available for you as well. Just the sheer location and the intersections with the on and off ramp sometimes will make it a little difficult to get in and out of, but other than that, this place is a great stop along the way.
