Tractor Supply Company Tsc

I ordered a simple part for my pressure washer, waited never heard from tsc. Called to see if it had come in, was asked «why are you calling? We’ll call you when it comes in. So I waited and waited … After almost two weeks I called again spoke with the manager this time he called and looked into it told me my order had been cancelled couldn’t explain why just said sorry. I understand mistakes happen don’t know why this one did but I do remember the day when customer service meant something there was no effort to rectify the mistake he could have reordered the part and picked up the cost for next day delivery but no effort was made in any way I get Tractor Supply Company has many customers everyday so one disgruntle customer that will never return can be absorbed, terrible service I will never return to this location better luck to others.

They have really great products and reasonable prices.
The male staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus the hotdog guy who is there always has a smile on his face, that makes it really nice when going in and out.
The reason I gave it only 2 stars is because the female staff. I’m sure it’s not all of them but all of the times I have been there the same 3 girls have been working and they are the rudest employees I have ever met. They act like you are a total pain in the butt and a complete waste of their time. They never smile or make small talk when checking out customers. I know it’s not just me because I was stuck in line behind 5 other people with only 1 cashier and watched her interactions with everyone and she never smiled, never greeted them, never made small talk or even thanked them or anything. When the other cashier came to help she did the exact same thing and treated us like garbage for wasting her time cashing us out. This is just one example, I have a few more that go the same way. If there’s one customer in line or 5 the girls just treat them rudely.
The only reason I go back is because of the prices and the male staff is helpful and friendly.
