John went far beyond the service that my partner and I were expecting from a home inspector! Allowing us to follow him through the house, what he offered was not just an inspection, but something more like a mini-​seminar on how houses function. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, an excellent communicator. He allowed us to ask questions throughout, and he presented us with a very thorough and photo-​illustrated final report within 24 hours. Talking to John was an enlightening educational experience.
