I can’t believe I’m giving a fast food restaurant more than three stars. I used to eat chik-Fil-a once a week but I had to tone it down because too much chicken isn’t good for you(really?). The food is always good but the real plus is the service. You have kids working there making minimum wage calling you«sir» and«my pleasure» like I’m a god damn king. Either they all drank the koolaid or chil-fil-a has some legit tactics to get all their employees to love working there for no money.

I live in New York and I come to this location whenever I visit family nearby. Everyone is so sweet and polite and it doesn’t seem fake at all. Special shout out to the team member Ryan that kept checking on our table, he was so sweet and genuine.

Loved Chick-fil-a since i was a teenager. The Original Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries is the way to go. They have plenty on the menu. Spicy chicken sandwiches to chicken wraps to salads. They also offer salads with chicken 3 types grilled, asian and cobb. Hand spun milkshakes perk my ears up andbthey have something new frosted lemonade. They offer Coke products if your in the mood for soda. Not priced badly at all for the quality of food they put out. Great food, Great place hands down!!!

Lemon-aid is s00o good!!! I order without ice since its served cold anyway I don’t want it watered down. Don’t judge! Mini-Me has been on a Chick-fil-A kick for well over 4 months now and although it can be pricing at $ 30.00 for 3 people I find it healthy and tasty and much better then a burger or pizza sometimes. I really enjoy the salads nothing is wilted or questionable(you know how salad can be sometimes) the dressings are flavorful and they don’t give you the«look» if you ask for more sauce packets– in fact they say would four be enough? as they hand them to you. who does that? that’s wonderful — I DON’T WANTTOHAVETOKEEPASKINGFORMORE– and I’l be honest– if I don’t use it all in this visit– I take that nifty packet with me and bring it back to use on my next visit– yup . The chicken tenders have a light taste and the regular chicken sandwich reminds me of when I used to get Chick-fil-A at Del Amo Mall in Torrance Ca when I was much much younger and used to hang out with my friends on Saturdays. same delicious chicken!!! Anyway– its super clean, the staff is local high school kids that have not only manners when they interact with you but are truly a pleasure to deal with– hats off to Chick-fil-A that remembers what brings customers back. I forgot for those of you with little spawn– they have a nice play area for them and the staff is always in there cleaning after those little sticky fingers touching everything. Drive through is spot on every time i hit it– they have never pulled the«Joe Pesci» drive through drama — they get my order right!

I was really disappointed in the LemonAid. I’ve had it on 3 occasions in the Howell NJ store and it tasted horrible. The sugar ingredient was definitely not«real» sugar. It tasted like starch; I had them check and they did not give me the diet version. So something strange is making it’s way into the drink; I don’t know what. Just for grins I went to the PP boardwalk and bought«real» LemonAid which contains fresh lemons, real sugar and water. And it tasted just like fresh LemonAid should. I don’t know how you can call yours«fresh» LemonAid when it tastes so fake.

Great place. Food is always fresh. The staff is great friendly respectful. Kids have a great time playing in the playground even though it gets a bit crowded. Restrooms are clean. Placemats for the kids and they also provide hand sanitizer wipes! Yeah!

First timer… Confusing and chaotic ordering process… Overly friendly and almost embarrassingly solicitous service… Chicken is good but with a curious, almost chemical aftertaste… Waffle fries… Numerous dips… Busy buzzing with moms and kids… Good but not great… A suitable alternative for the balance of fast food joints out there but at over $ 7.00 for a thin but expertly fried slice of chicken breast on a bun, peculiar aftertaste and some waffle fries and a soda perhaps not a deal… Try it at least once because you have to… then decide.

Been coming here since the day it opened, as I live two blocks from it. I’ve met up with so many friends, been to countless parties, visited several friends at work all at this restaurant. The staff is phenomenal when eating in and even at the drive thru. Because I have friends that work there, I don’t waste much time at the drive thru window(«six polynesian sauces and a mayo, please!») Food is great and the cow is such a good sport. ;)

Affordable, healthyish, and convenient food option. I love the Chick-Fil-A in Howell. The store is well managed, clean, efficient, and friendly staff. I have never had a bad meal or experience in this store.

My first«fast food» review. I’ve always avoided these, but I can’t help it this time. So, I’m just going to say it: I love Chick-Fil-A! I’m not even going to address the drama that surrounded the restaurant chain last summer. That’s pointless now. I come here specifically for the food and appreciate the service, which is always friendly and helpful. As long as they keeping selling me spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches with a side of waffle fries, I’ll always leave here with a smile. Like the cows always say: Eat Mor Chikin!

As a general rule, I don’t eat fast food. My exception is Chick-Fil-A. This store has given me great service. I would recommend eating it on premise. Free refills and sandwiches don’t get soft after sitting in the bag. Managers can be cranky, at least a couple years ago when I encountered one.

There’s nothing super special about CFA. But, it’s decent fast food to me. It gets a 4⁄5 because the waffle fries are good and the deluxe chicken sandwich was hot and juicy. The bread is just like any other fast food bread. But, I appreciated the freshness of the tomatoes and lettuce.

Hate to do it but have to review a fast food chain that deserves 5 stars in its class. Most fresh and close to organic, low-processed fast-food that was served by extremely conscientious, friendly and caring staff. For ten bucks I fed myself and two 10 year old girls. Staff came around asking to take finished trays and garbage AND ask if you want free drink refills. Fresh, real lemonade too. Add that they close on Sundays like back in the day. Kudos all around. Ps. Last fast food review unless it rivals the experience here. Oh– and to those foodies with political bents… just shut up and eat!

I am of two minds about Chick-Fil-A. I love the food, but I feel tremendous guilt about eating it because I know some of that money spent is going to support intolerance. Just Google«Chick-Fil-A» and«god», and you can research for yourself the things I am referring to. Every Chick-Fil-A in the universe is closed on Sunday, which suddenly makes sense when you realize what’s going on behind the scenes. But it’s what’s upfront that forces me to compromise my principles when I happen to be driving by while they’re open, which fortunately isn’t very often. Whether it’s breakfast time, lunch, or dinner, I can’t seem to help myself. There are a number of excellent choices on the menu in the morning. I am particularly fond of the Breakfast Burritos, available with either sausage or chicken. My preferred way to enjoy them is to order a side of hash browns — really little flat tater tots — break them up inside the tortilla, and slather with hot sauce before rewrapping them. There is a Chicken, Egg & Cheese on a Bagel that I also enjoy, though I wish they’d ditch the multi-grain bagel for a plain one. It can have a bit of a funky aftertaste. And of course, Chicken on a Biscuit is great way to start the day, too. Everything is always made fresh to order, so your food is always piping hot. The basic Chick-Fil-A sandwich may not sound very appealing, but it is artistry through simplicity. Fried chicken, buttered hamburger bun, pickle chips. Fantastic. If you like a little more subtance to your sandwich, you can go deluxe, adding lettuce, tomato, and american cheese. You can get mayo or catsup on the side. Bacon is also an option, and we all know what happens when you add bacon to a thing: it becomes exponentially more awesome, proportionate to the amount of bacon added. Chick-Fil-A does not skimp on the bacon. At least this one doesn’t. This location can be a bit hard to find, being hidden in a parking lot that is significantly lower than the road it’s next to, immediately after a major intersection. Look for the jovial fellow in the cow suit. He will not steer you wrong. Ha. No pun intended.

This is the first fast food restaurant I’ve ever thought of giving five stars to. I was randomly in NJ(quite far form my hometown of Philadelphia) and was craving a spicy chicken fillet deluxe, so we stopped by the Chick-Fil-A we saw on the highway. 1. The service here is incredible. The cashiers were young, fresh-looking and incredibly pleasant. If you’ve ever been to Philly, you know you’d be hard-pressed to find this kind of niceness anywhere. When I said thank you, the cashier said, «My pleasure.» MYPLEASURE? Plus 100 points for saying something even nicer than«You’re welcome,» and plus 1000 points just because in Philly people willl just be like, «Mmhmm.» 2. The food was great. I really like Chick-Fil-A in general, but it just tasted better here. Maybe I was still coming off a high from how nice they were up at the counter. 3. Free refills! 4. The same pleasant cashier stopped by the table while I was finishing up and asked how I was enjoying the food. This is seriously the kind of service I’d like to see at upscale, sit-down restaurants. So yeah, it’s fast food, but this location def stepped it up in terms of treating their customers with so much kindness(which came off as really genuine) and the food maybe tasted ten times better because of it.
