Mr. Perkins TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DYING VETERAN! If I could give this man a NEGATIVE 1005 star review I would. What has this man NOT done wrong? Mr. Perkins TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DYING VETERAN and allowed my father, 3 months prior to his death while he was popping morphine like it was M&Ms, modify his Last Will and Testament to have his company’s employee Pat receive the ONLY OBJECT of any financial value in his estate. Then he has the audacity to file a lawsuit forcing the estate into probate because Pat, his employee, who 3 months prior to his death was to receive nothing in the original will, didnt get the only item of value in the estate. Oh and to top it all off, Mr. Perkins illegally accessed my fathers bank account after he was dead so he could find out how much money was in the estate.
