Cold Stone Creamery

Since I have been coming here, the only thing that changes is the service. Right now the employees are very slow and just walking back and forth. I wish the service would be better at this location. There are so many nice people here to deal with so I don’t see why it is difficult to have the employees welcome the customers, and service them in a timely manner. I still love the ice-​cream!!!

This location isn’t my favorite. The line moves extremely slow but once you get up to the front you in ice cream heaven. Don’t go on a Late night in the summer and don’t expect a wait.

I really hate leaving poor reviews but i just feel like it needs to be heard. Im a huge fan of the coldstone chains however this location in particular is not so great.
First off– the wait is almost at least 30 – 40 mins after 5pm. (Ridic) granted they take their time and accommodate for each persons order but maybe if they had more staff on the floor it would be better.
Secondly, this location has a terrible odor. I know it sounds bad, but being honest no matter how harsh it sounds. I got so turned off i was in line for about 20 mins and just walked out last night (12.30) because the odor was making me feel beyond nauseous. Dont know if its because it smelled like mop water mixed with spoilt milk or whatever the case may be. But i couldnt take it.
I have however been to this location previous times before but always find myself wanting to avoid the long wait & odor.
The good thing is that they do have a parking lot hence it being on a little shopping area & im able to run into petco next door to get my little brats their needs. Thats bout it folks.

Cold Stone hasn’t really been on my cravings list but they may get a corner now. I decided to pick up a birthday cake for my sister (she likes ice cream cakes). They had quite a big variety in flavors and sizes. One thing about the ice cream cakes you should be aware of; their pricey. The smallest size was $ 25.99, it would only be 5 of us having cake so I figured that would be fine.
The staff was really nice and helpful, they may not be as nice when ice cream season is around, LOL.
While there, why not get some ice cream too! My picks were the butter pecan with the cake batter in a Like it size and my choice of mix in was waffle cone. I couldn’t be happier with my pick!
In the past I wasn’t much of a Cold Stone fan because I felt the ice cream was too hard (I’m particular about ice cream), this time the consistency was right.
The shop has a very small seating area if you don’t want to take it to go.
You’re cool in my book; thumbs up!

I never come here during the day because my cravings usually hit me after 8pm. Haha.
Yes, this place is very slow, for some strange reason they never have enough people behind the counter to prepare your order, but hey what can you do? The heart wants what it wants, so i’ll wait. They have their good days, give them chance.
My favorite signature flavor is the Birthday Cake remix. It has Sweet cream ice cream, brownie chunks, and sprinkles. When I’m feeling really excited, I add walnuts or almonds. I must admit I’m to comfortable with that flavor. I must try to branch out and explore the menu more.
The bathroom NEVER WORKS. It has been over a year now, and every time I come in, that «Sorry no bathroom» sign is staring me in my face. That’s crazy. I don’t see how management still hasn’t gotten around to fixing it.
I would still recommend this place because after I get my ice cream, I go to the Crossbay overlook which is about a half a mile down the road, and watch the planes take off from JFK :)

There’s an hour wait to get your ice cream. This is ridiculous. And the ice cream is just ok.

The quality of service has gone down in the past few years. I ordered a very expensive cake for my son and they tried to sell it to me with the entire left side smudged! When I asked them to fix it, I was told that it would most likely be smudged in my car on the way home. I explained that it was for a birthday party and would like a presentable cake. The on site manager made an annoyed face and webt into the back to fix it. It was then brought out partially fixed but still visibly damaged. I am never patronizing this establishment again.

Great shakes, smoothies and of course ice cream. Plus the cakes are pretty good. They could some more employees to make the line move alittle faster.

My favorite location! I must say the lines at this location are always long, I don’t mine waiting because the staff is great. There very welcoming & nice they try to get you in and out as fast as they can, which is great when you have been waiting on a line for 20 minutes. Prices are high but worth it, if your paying by card make sure you have your ID.

Good concept with ice cream. I like the idea behind Cold Stone and it tastes good too! They have a bunch to pick from that are all different flavor themed, Strawberry, Coffee, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, etc. They take the ice cream and mix it up with nuts, gummy bears, riece’s peanut butter cups, candy bars, caramel, etc depending on what you get. You can add whatever you want too for extra. You can also get shakes and cakes and tubs of their ice cream pre made. Reminds me of a differant brand as a kid. As with most Cold Stone’s, it can be a wait because each ice cream takes a few minutes to make. The staff at this one are all very nice. There is a parking lot a few stores down that you can use.

Who doesn’t like Cold Stone. I’m giving 1 star for this location only. To make a long story short they gave me the wrong ice cream and they gave me a hard time exchanging it.
Not coming back here after the way I got treated. Words cannot describe the horrific experience. I don’t even think they deserve this review.

Ice cream is good but it is always packed. Beware! Specially now that it’s summer, everyone comes here.

Ice cream is great like in all Cold Stone Creamery chains BUT what a poor customer service! This place lacks everything specially RESPECT to its customers. Whoever the owner is… you need to learn how to treat your clients and run your business. Your restroom sign is beyond offensive. Never coming back.

This location sucks, always packed, I have to come when they open just to get ice cream and then i buy more then one and freeze it. One time I came here on a Sunday night after a giants game and had to use the bathroom. So after I ordered my ice cream it was about 20 minutes until closing It was surprisingly not packed but it was November So I asked the kid if I could use the bathroom and he said no employees only but he said it with an attitude so I said your really not going to let me go and he did not answer me so I pay for my ice cream which came out to 4.75 so I had about 3 dollars in dimes in my wallet and gave him 2 single and 30 dimes and said keep the change and walked out. Only reason I will give it 2 stars is becsuse the ice cream is good.

Omg… This is the BEST creamery ever. So good that I wait on line for close to an hour just to get some. I’m convinced they put cracked in this lol. I’ve tried their shakes for the first time and was surprisingly fantastic. Try the Cake n’ Batter milkshake, it will change your life.

After hearing so much about this place, I finally had the opportunity to go a couple of months ago for the first time ever. I left there completely satisfied! My favorite is one of their signature creations called ‘Cheesecake Fantasy’. It’s cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker pie crust, blueberries and strawberries… YUM! Also, their employees are extremely polite and worked very quickly. I’ve never seen anyone mix ice cream the way they do here, lol. Pretty cool I guess.

Wow… this place is incredible. My wife and I was just introduced to Cold Stone by a friend. The wait time was about 8 – 10 before we were served, but it was so worth the wait. Watching those gentlemen’s scoping out ice cream and mixing it together like they’re working in Hibachi Grill was just like an art work. After observing the two gentlemen’s I’ve realized how challenging their work could get, from dealing with customers that’s so amazed by the place to dealing with blisters and frost bites.
even though the line was out the store, every customer was served with a smile and left happy.
I would like to say maybe the owner of this place should hire an additional 2 – 3 workers since the price for 2 «cookie dough’nt you want it» came up to $ 16. (he just needs to sell about 24 signature ice cream per day to cover 2 additional two employees). Your workers are incredible, please treat them right.
I would definitely visit Cold Stone often, I even plan on bring some of my friends and family here in the future.

Who doesn’t love Cold Stone? I don’t go there often, but I when I do, I’m always delighted. I’ve only been to this location once, and it was super busy. The line wrapped around the store and out the door. Though the employees were quick and efficient, it was still a pretty significant wait. But hey, it was worth it.

One star because they don’t accept credit cards or gift cards.

How can you not like this place! Even in the freaking winter its BUSY… if you haven’t been here than u need to come asap!
My favortie cake/​ice cream is the strawberry passion (red velvet cake mixed with strawberries and graham crackers!)
